Claims (10)
- 중합체 쇄에 구조 단위로서 본질적으로 옥시메틸렌 단위 및 옥시에틸렌 단위(여기서, 중합체 쇄의 구조 단위중의 옥시에틸렌 단위의 비율은 1.5 내지 2.5mol%, 바람직하게는 1.85 내지 2.25mol%이다)를 갖는 선형 폴리옥시메틸렌 공중합체로부터 제조된 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저장한지 24시간 후, 벽 두께가 1mm인 시트에서 측정한, VDA 275에 따른 포름알데히드 방출량이 15mg/kg 미만, 바람직하게는 10mg/kg 미만인 성형 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, ISO 527에 따른 탄성 모듈러스가 2400 내지 3100N/mm2이고 ISO 527에 따른 항복 응력이 60 내지 70N/mm2이며 ISO 179에 따른 23℃에서의 노치 충격 강도가 4 내지 12mJ/mm2인 성형 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화방지제, 산 스캐빈저(acid scavenger), 안정화제 및 착색제를 포함하는 성형 조성물.
- 포름알데히드 방출량이 15mg/kg 미만, 바람직하게는 10mg/kg 미만인 성형품을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 성형 조성물의 용도.
- 착색된 성형품을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 성형 조성물의 용도.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 자동차, 항공기 및 기차를 포함하는 수송 수단의 내부 부품 또는 내부 클래딩(interior cladding)용 저방출 성형품을 제조하기 위한 용도.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 가정 용품, 레크리에이션 용품, 특히 아동용 완구 및 유아 용품을 제조하기 위한 용도.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 전기공학 및 전자공학용 장치 및 부품을 제조하기 위한 용도.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 의료 제품용 장치 및 기구를 제조하기 위한 용도.
