Claims (11)
- 취입 성형, 프로필 압출 및(또는) 튜브 압출에 의한 성형물 제조를 위한A) 결정화 등온선의 반폭이 ≤5℃인 폴리알킬렌 아릴레이트 80 내지 100 중량%, 및B) 추가의 첨가제 0 내지 20 중량%를 함유하며, 성분 A) 및 B)의 중량%의 합은 100%인 열가소성 폴리에스테르 성형 재료의 용도.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)의 말단 카르복실기 함량이 ≤30 meq/kg인 용도.
- a) 제1 단계에서, 방향족 디카르복실산 또는 그의 에스테르 또는 에스테르 형성 유도체를 몰과량의 디히드록시 화합물로 에스테르화하거나 또는 트랜스에스테르화하고,b) 제2 단계에서, a)에 따라 수득된 트랜스에스테르화 또는 에스테르화 생성물을 예비축합하고,c) 제3 단계에서, b)로부터 수득될 수 있는 생성물을 VN 158 ml/g 이상으로 중축합시키며, 상기 단계 a) 및 b)는 2개 이상의 온도 대역에서 수행되고, 필요할 경우 성분 B를 중축합 c) 전 또는 후에 그리고 냉각 전에 용융물에 첨가하는, 제1항 또는 2항에 청구된 바와 같이 사용될 수 있는 성형 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 먼저 촉매를 그리고 이어서 알칼리 금속 화합물 또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물을 단계 a) 전에 디히드록시 화합물에 첨가하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 화합물 또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물이 폴리에스테르 kg 당 알칼리 금속 화합물 또는 알칼리 토금속 화합물로 계산하여 0.1 내지 10 밀리몰의 양으로 첨가되는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a) 또는 b)가 3개 이상의 온도 대역에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 a) 또는 b)에서 후속 대역의 온도가 선행 대역의 온도보다 1 내지 40℃ 더 높은 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 a)가 매우 실질적으로 동일한 압력 조건 하에 수행되고 단계 b)가 감압 조건 하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 c)가 2 mbar 미만에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 청구된 바와 같이 사용될 수 있는 성형 재료로부터 수득될 수 있고 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 방법 조건에 따라 수득될 수 있는 취입 성형물, 압출 프로필 또는 압출 튜브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 청구된 바와 같이 사용될 수 있는 성형 재료로부터 수득될 수 있고 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 방법 조건에 따라 수득될 수 있는 케이블 외장 또는 광학 도파관 외장.
