Claims (8)
- 적어도 기록 재생층과 열 변화층을 구비하고, 상기 열 변화층의 열전도율이 고체상태-고체상태(solid phase) 간 상전이인 금속 절연체 전이에 의해 유기되어 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열자기 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열 변화층이, (V1-xCrx)2O3(x=0.51) 또는 La1-xSrxMn1+yO3(x=0.2∼0.4, y=0.01 ∼ 0.1)을 이용한 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열자기 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열 변화층의 열전도율 변화가 임계치를 갖고, 또한 상기 열 변화층의 열전도율이 금속 절연체 전이의 전이 온도를 사이에 두고 저온측에서 크고, 고온측에서 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열자기 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열 변화층이 열전도율 변화의 임계치 온도가 다른 열 변화층의 적층에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열자기 기록 매체.
- 제4항에 있어서,기록 재생층에 가까운 측에, 적층된 열 변화층 중에서 임계치 온도가 높은 열 변화층을 배치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열자기 기록 매체.
- 적어도 기록 재생층과 열 변화층을 구비한 열자기 기록 매체에, 광 픽업으로부터 광 빔을 조사하고, 자기 헤드로부터 자계를 인가함으로써 정보를 기록함과 함께, 광 빔을 조사하고, 재생 헤드에 의해 빛 혹은 자계를 판독함으로써 정보의 재생을 행하는 열자기 기록 재생 방법에 있어서,자기 기록 온도 또는 자기 재생 온도를, 상기 광 빔을 조사함으로써 형성되는 광 스폿 직경 위치에서의 기록 매체의 온도보다 높고, 또한 상기 열 변화층의 열전도율 변화의 임계치 온도이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열자기 기록 재생 방법.
- 열 변화층의 열전도율 변화의 임계치 온도가, 상기 광스폿 직경 위치에서의 온도보다도 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 제6항에 기재된 열자기 기록 재생 방법에 이용하는 열자기 기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열자기 기록 매체와, 광 픽업과, 자기 헤드와,상기 열자기 기록 매체에, 광 픽업으로부터 광 빔을 조사하고, 자기 헤드에 의해 자계를 인가함으로써 정보를 기록하는 수단과,광 빔을 조사하고, 재생 헤드에 의해 빛 혹은 자계를 판독함으로써 정보의 재생을 행하는 수단을 구비하고, 상기 열자기 기록 매체의 열 변화층의 열전도율 변화의 임계치 온도가, 상기 스폿 직경 위치에서의 온도보다도 높고, 자기 기록 온도 또는 자기 재생 온도를, 상기 광 빔을 조사함으로써 형성되는 광 스폿 직경 위치에서의 기록 매체의 온도보다 높고, 또한 상기 열 변화층의 열전도율 변화의 임계치 온도 이상으로 하여 기록 재생을 행하는 열자기 기록 재생 장치.
