Claims (12)
- 양극 활물질, 음극 활물질 및 무수 전해질을 사용하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지에 있어서,상기 양극 활물질은 리튬망간 복합 산화물이고, 상기 음극 활물질은 리튬 이온을 도핑하거나 도핑하지 않을 수 있으며,상기 전지의 내부에, La, Sr, Nd 및 Sm 으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 원소의 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 산화물은 상기 양극 활물질에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무수 전해질은 그 지지염으로 LiClO4, LiI, LiPF6, LiAlCl4, LiBF4, CF3SO3Li로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 한 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 무수 전해질은 상기 지지염을 무수 용매에 용해시켜 형성되고, 상기 무수 용매중의 상기 지지염 농도는 0.8 내지 1.5mol/l의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 양극 활물질, 음극 활물질 및 무수 전해질을 사용하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지에 있어서,상기 양극 활물질은 리튬망간 복합 산화물이고, 상기 음극 활물질은 리튬 이온을 도핑하거나 도핑하지 않을 수 있으며,상기 전지의 내부에, La, Sr, Nd 및 Sm 으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 원소의 카보네이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 산화물은 상기 양극 활물질에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 무수 전해질은 그 지지염으로 LiClO4, LiI, LiPF6, LiAlCl4, LiBF4, CF3SO3Li로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 한 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 무수 전해질은 상기 지지염을 무수 용매에 용해시켜 형성되고, 상기 무수 용매중의 상기 지지염 농도는 0.8 내지 1.5mol/l의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 양극 활물질, 음극 활물질 및 무수 전해질을 사용하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지에 있어서,상기 양극 활물질은 리튬망간 복합 산화물이고 상기 음극 활물질은 리튬 이온을 도핑하거나 도핑하지 않을 수 있으며,상기 전지의 내부에, La, Sr, Nd 및 Sm 으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 원소와 결합된 망간의 복합 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 산화물은 상기 양극 활물질에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 무수 전해질은 그 지지염으로 LiClO4, LiI, LiPF6, LiAlCl4, LiBF4, CF3SO3Li로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 한 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 무수 전해질은 상기 지지염을 무수 용매에 용해시켜 형성되고, 상기 무수 용매중의 상기 지지염 농도는 0.8 내지 1.5mol/l의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 무수 전해질 2차 전지.
