Claims (13)
- 안료와 분산제와 피막형성수지와 액매체로 이루어지며, 분산제가 하기의 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 나타내어지는 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터용 안료분산액.(단, 상기 식 중의 X 및 X' 는, 수소원자, 수산기, 알콕시기, 1급, 2급 또는 3급아미노기, 또는 아실아미노기이고, Y는 4위 또는 5위에 수소원자, 수산기, 알콕시기, 1급, 2급 또는 3급아미노기, 또는 아실아미노기를 가지는 안트라퀴노닐기, 페닐아미노기 혹은 페녹시기이고, A 및 B는 알킬기, 시클로알킬기 또는 아릴기이고, A 또는 B의 적어도 한편은 염기성질소원자를 가지는 치환기를 적어도 1개 가지며, Z는 수소원자, 시아노기, 할로겐원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기, 니트로기, 벤조일아미노기 또는 벤조일기(3위)를 나타내고, 이 벤조일기는 X와 결합하여 아크리돈환을 형성하여도 좋다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 염기성질소원자를 가지는 적어도 1개의 치환기가, 1급, 2급 또는 3급아미노기, 제4급 암모늄기 또는 피리디늄기이고, 해당 염기성질소원자를 가지는 치환기가 2개 이상 존재하는 경우에는, 그것들은 동종이든 이종이든 상관없는 칼라필터용 안료분산액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 나타내어지는 화합물이, 하기의 일반식 (1)으로 나타내어지는 칼라필터용 안료분산액.(단, 상기 식 중의 X, X', Y 및 Z는 상기 정의와 같고, R1∼R4는, 같거나 달라도 좋고 치환 혹은 미치환의 알킬기 또는 치환 혹은 미치환의 시클로알킬기이며, R1과 R2및/또는 R3과 R4는, 각기 인접하는 질소원자와 결합하고 또한 질소원자, 산소원자 또는 유황원자를 포함하여도 좋은 복소환을 형성하여도 좋고, R5및 R6은, 알킬렌기, 시클로알킬렌기 또는 아릴렌기이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 나타내어지는 화합물이, 하기의 일반식 (2)으로 나타내어지는 칼라필터용 안료분산액.(단, 상기 식 중의 X, X', Y 및 Z는 상기 정의와 같고, R1∼R4는, 같거나 달라도 좋고, 치환 혹은 미치환의 알킬기, 또는 치환 혹은 미치환의 시클로알킬기이며, R1과 R2및/또는 R3와 R4는, 각기 인접하는 질소원자와 결합하고 더욱 질소원자, 산소원자 또는 유황원자를 포함하여도 좋은 복소환을 형성하여도 좋고, n 및 m은 2∼30의 정수이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 나타내어지는 화합물이, 하기 일반식(3)으로 나타내어지는 칼라필터용 안료분산액.(단, 상기 식 중의 X 및 X'는 수소원자 또는 벤조일아미노기이고, Z는 수소원자이고, R1∼R4는, 같거나 달라도 좋고, 메틸기 또는 에틸기를, n 및 m은 2 또는 3을 나타낸다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안료가, 적색안료, 청색안료, 녹색안료, 황색안료, 보라색안료 또는 흑색안료인 칼라필터용 안료분산액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안료 100중량부에 대하여, 분산제를 0.5∼50중량부의 비율로 포함하는 칼라필터용 안료분산액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 피막형성수지 100중량부에 대하여, 5∼500중량부의 안료를 포함하는 칼라필터용 안료분산액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 피막형성수지가, 감광성수지를 포함하는 칼라필터용 안료분산액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 감광성수지가, 분자 내에 프리의 카르복실기를 가지는 아크릴레이트계의 알칼리 현상가능한 수지인 칼라필터용 안료분산액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안료가, 적색안료, 청색안료, 녹색안료, 황색안료, 보라색안료 또는 흑색안료이고, 분산제가, 하기 일반식(3)으로 나타내어지는 화합물이고, 피막형성수지가, 분자 내에 프리의 카르복실기를 가지는 아크릴레이트계의 알칼리 현상가능한 수지인 칼라필터용 안료분산액.(단, 상기 식 중의 X 및 X'는 수소원자 또는 벤조일아미노기이고, Z는 수소원자이고, R1∼R4는, 같거나 달라도 좋고 메틸기 또는 에틸기를, n 및 m은 2 또는 3을 나타낸다.)
- 칼라필터용기판에 착색 패턴을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 칼라필터의 제조방법에 있어서, 착색 패턴을 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 안료분산액을 사용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터의 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 기재된 방법에 의해서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터.
