Claims (10)
- 구동주파수가 가변인 인버터압축기와, 구동주파수가 일정한 일정속도 압축기를 구비한 냉동장치에 있어서,상기 인버터압축기 및 일정속도 압축기의 흡입측에 설치된 압력센서와; 상기 인버터압축기부터 시동시키는 수단과; 시동후 상기 압력센서에 의하여 검출된 흡입압력치에 의하여 상기 인버터압축기의 구동주파수 또는 상기 압축기의 운전대수를 결정하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡입압력치가 소정치 이상이 된 경우, 상기 인버터압축기의 구동주파수에 관계없이 상기 일정속도 압축기를 시동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡입압력치가 소정치 이하가 된 경우, 상기 인버터압축기의 구동주파수에 관계없이 상기 일정속도 압축기를 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인버터압축기의 구동주파수가 최고주파수에 도달한 후, 상기 일정속도 압축기를 순차 시동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인버터압축기의 구동주파수가 최저주파수에 도달한 후, 상기 일정속도 압축기를 순차 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인버터압축기의 구동주파수의 최고주파수 및 최저주파수를 결정하고, 최고주파수에 도달한 후는 상기 일정속도 압축기를 순차 시동시키고, 최저주파수에 도달한 후는 상기 일정속도 압축기를 순차 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 구동주파수가 가변인 인버터압축기와 구동주파수가 일정한 일정속도 압축기를 구비한 냉동장치에 있어서,스크롤형으로 된 상기 인버터압축기 및 일정속도 압축기와; 상기 인버터압축기 및 일정속도 압축기의 흡입측에 설치된 압력센서를 구비하고, 운전개시시에 상기 압력센서에 의하여 검출된 값이 미리 결정한 값이상인 경우 상기 인버터압축기 및 상기 일정속도 압축기를 시동시키고, 그후 상기 인버터압축기의 구동주파수 및 상기 일정속도 압축기의 운전대수를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 구동주파수가 가변인 인버터압축기와 구동주파수가 일정한 일정속도 압축기를 구비한 냉동장치에 있어서,스크롤형으로 된 상기 인버터압축기 및 일정속도 압축기와; 상기 인버터압축기 및 일정속도 압축기의 흡입측에 설치된 압력센서를 구비하고, 상기 압력센서에 의하여 검출된 흡입압력치에 의하여 상기 인버터압축기의 구동주파수 및 상기 일정속도 압축기의 운전대수를 결정하여 그 용량제어범위를 15%∼100%까지 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 구동주파수가 가변인 인버터압축기와 구동주파수가 일정한 일정속도 압축기를 구비한 냉동장치에 있어서,스크롤형으로 된 상기 인버터압축기 및 일정속도 압축기와; 상기 인버터압축기 및 일정속도 압축기의 흡입측에 설치된 압력센서와; 상기 압력센서에 의하여 검출된 흡입압력치에 의하여 상기 인버터압축기의 구동주파수 및 상기 일정속도 압축기의 운전대수를 결정하는 수단과; 상기 인버터압축기를 구동하는 인버터의 고장을 판단하는 수단과; 상기 고장을 판단하는 수단에 의하여 인버터가 고장이라고 판단된 경우, 상기 인버터압축기 및 상기 일정속도 압축기의 운전대수를 변화시켜 용량제어를 계속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 구동주파수가 가변인 인버터압축기와 구동주파수가 일정한 일정속도 압축기를 구비한 냉동장치에 있어서,스크롤형으로 된 상기 인버터압축기 및 일정속도 압축기와; 상기 인버터압축기및 일정속도 압축기의 흡입측에 설치된 압력센서와; 상기 압력센서에 의하여 검출된 흡입압력치(Ps)가 미리 설정된 값(PsU)보다 클 때, 상기 인버터압축기부터 시동시키는 수단과 시동후 상기 흡입압력치가 소정치(C)이상이 된 경우, 상기 인버터압축기의 구동주파수를 흡입압력치(Ps)와 미리 설정된 값(PsU)과의 차에 따라 내리는 수단과 상기 구동주파수가 내려지고 나서 상기 일정속도 압축기를 시동시키는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
