Claims (3)
- (ⅰ) 스피라마이신의 조생성물을 물과 유기 극성용매 30 ∼ 70 : 70 ∼ 30(v/v)의 혼합물에 용해시키고, 황산, 염산 또는 인산을 첨가하여 pH 5.0 내지 5.5로 조절하는 제 1공정;(ⅱ) 상기 pH가 조절된 조생성물 용액을 수지상에 적용시켜 선택적으로 스피라마이신을 흡착시키는 제 2공정;(ⅲ) 상기 흡착된 스피라마이신을 물과 유기 극성용매 30 ∼ 70 : 70 ∼ 30(v/v)의 혼합물로 용출시키는 재 3공정; 및,(ⅳ) 전기 용출액에 황산, 염산 또는 인산을 첨가하여 pH 5.0 내지 5.5로 조절한 뒤, 진공농축시켜 결정화하는 제 4공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 스피라마이신의 정제방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수지는 앰버라이트 XAD2 또는 HP20인 것을 특징으로 하는 스피라마이신의 정제방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유기 극성용매는 메탄올, 에탄올, 아세톤, 아세토니트릴 및 이소프로필알콜 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 스피라마이신의 정제방법.
