Claims (10)
- 전기화학적, 중성 염 피클링 라인, 바람직하게는 황산나트륨 피클링 라인으로부터의 사용된 전해질 용액을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 질산을 함유하지 않는 산성액에서의 스테인레스 스틸의 화학적 및/또는 전기화학적 피클링 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피클링액에서의 산화·환원 전위를 첨가되는 전해질 용액의 양에 의해 주어지는 수치로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 피클링액의 산화-환원 전위(산화·환원 전위)를 측정하고, 전기화학적 황산나트륨 피클링 라인으로부터의 사용된 전해질 용액의 양을 적절한 양으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산성 피클링액이 새로 제조되는 경우에 2가 및 3가 철의 염, 바람직하게는 황산철을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사용된 전해질에 부가하여 상기 피클링액에 다양한 산화제, 바람직하게는 과산화수소를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 억제제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산성 및 중성 전기화학적 피클링 단계를 서로 조합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 중성 전해질 단계로부터의 사용된 전해질 용액을 상기 산성 단계에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 8 항에 있어서, 상기 산성 피클링액을 부식성 소다(NaOH) 또는 탄산나트륨(Na2CO3)를 사용하여 중화시켜, 그 후에 생성되는 황산나트륨(Na2SO4)을 중성 전해질로서 재순환시킬 수 있도록, 생성된 금속 하이드록사이드를 바람직하게는 여과를 통해, 예컨대 미세 여과법을 이용하여 회수할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사용된 전해질 용액을 한 개 또는 몇 개의 냉간압연 스트립 피클링 라인으로부터 얻어, 한 개 이상의 열간압연 스트립 피클링 라인으로부터의, 질산을 포함하지 않는 산성 피클링액에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
