Claims (14)
- 변속축(2)의 제어 위치를 유지하기 위하여 차량의 기계식 기어변속기 변속레버축(2)의 제동부시(3a 내지 3d)에 있어서,당해 제동부시(3a 내지 3d)는 복수부품으로 구성되어 있으며 변속축(2)상에 고정되어 있는 회전고정 부시(10,10a)를 포함하며 변속축(2)에 대하여 반경방향으로 간격을 둔 동심축상에 포함된 포트부(12,12a)를 결합시켜주는 별도 프레이트(11) 또는 부시(10a)에 일체형으로 고정되어 있는 프레이트를 가지며 이때 최소한 2가지 구성부품을 포함하는 소성 가공형 포트부(12,12a)는 최소한 한개의 전달요소로 되어 있는데 변속레버축(2)에 인접한 부품중의 어느 하나와 공동으로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동부시.(3a 내지 3d)
- 제 1항에 있어서,그의 포트부(2)가 확장 원통형으로 롤링되어 있는 스트립 소재로 되어 있으며 그의 단부들은 제동부시(3a,3d)의 종축(16) 방향에 따르는 윤곽의 분할면(15)에 결합되어 있는 제동부시 (도 1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,2개의 섹션(13,14)으로 구성되어 있는 포트부(12a)를 포함하며 분할면(25a,25b)에서 서로 결합되어 있는 제동부시 (도6).
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,포트부(12)의 한 단부는 분할면(15)에서 최소한 하나의 언더컷(under cut)을 가진 돌기(17a,17b)로 되어 있어서 하나의 돌기(17a17b)의 형에 대응하는 포트부(12,12a)의 부수 타단의 홈(18a,18b)에 인터로크로 수용되어 있는 제동부시(도 1, 도 5).
- 제 1항에 있어서,포트부(12b)는 2개의 축방향에 따르는 부위(26,27)를 포함하며 이는 서로 풀리지 않도록 결합이 되고 그의 분할면(30)은 종축(16)에 대하여 직각인 제동부시 (도 4).
- 제 1항에 있어서,그의 포트부(12,12b)는 최소한 하나의 포트부(12,12b)의 표면으로 부터 별도로 반경방향에 따라 배열되어 있는 전달요소를 가지는 제동부시.
- 제 6항에 있어서,변속축(2)의 어느 하나에 인접 위치한 기어시프팅 게이트(gear shifting gate)에서 무는 시프트 핑거(shift finger)로 되어 있는 소성 가공 전달요소를 가지는 제동부시.
- 제 6항에 있어서,포트부(12)는 변속축(2)과 분리되어 있는 차단장치의 정지캠(21)을 가지는 정지부시 (도 1).
- 제 6항에 있어서,그의 포트부(12a)가 후진 제동 역할을 하게되어 있는 회전 가능 제동 폴(detent pawl)(23)을 지지하기 위한 축을 가진 제동부시(도 2).
- 제 1항에 있어서,포트부(12,12a,12b)의 표면에서 제동홈(7) 또는 경사로(19)는 소성가공 성형이 되어 있어서 특히 별도로 변속기 하우징(1)에 내장되어 있는 시프트로크 시스템(shift lock system)(8)을 위하여 적합하게 되어 있는 제동부시.
- 제 1항에 있어서,그의 표면에 시프트 가이드(shift guide)(5)가 부착되어 있는 포트부(12,12a)를 가진 제동부시 (도 1, 도 2)
- 제 1항에 있어서,포트부(12)에 대하여 별도의 동심축에 따라 배열되고 이에 비틀림 강성의 고정된 제동링(28)을 가지는 제동부시 (도 5).
- 제 12항에 있어서,제동링(28)은 측면(29)에 의하여 인터로크로 포트부(12)와 결합되어 있는 제동부시.
- 제 12항에 있어서,제동링(28)은 접착, 용접, 스탬핑(stamping) 또는 압입에 의해서 포트부(12)와 결합되어 있는 제동부시.
