Description
Claims (17)
- 長手方向摺動ユニットとカウンタトラックジョイントとを備えており、長手方向摺動ユニットが、カウンタトラックジョイントの半径方向外側に配置されており、
摺動ユニットの各トラック対偶に、軸方向摺動可能な外側ケージ内に収容された少なくとも2つのボールが設けられており、
摺動ユニットの内側トラックに突起状のストッパが両ボールの間に設けられていることを特徴とする、ジョイント装置。 - 等速ボールジョイントを備えており、該等速ボールジョイントは、駆動側の端部と被駆動側の端部とを備えたカウンタトラックジョイントとして形成されており、第1の内側転動溝と第2の内側転動溝とを備えたインナボスと、アウタボスとを有していて、アウタボスの内面には、第1の外側転動溝と第2の外側転動溝とがアウタボス軸線を中心として交互に分配配置されており、それぞれ、第1の内側転動溝と第1の外側転動溝とが、第2の内側転動溝と第2の外側転動溝とが互いに向かい合って位置しており、これらによってそれぞれ1つの対偶を形成しており、リング状のケージを有しており、該ケージは、インナボスとアウタボスとの間に配置されており、インナボス上でガイドされていて、窓を有しており、該窓内に、転動溝に係合するボールがトルクを伝達するようにガイドされている、請求項1記載のジョイント装置。
- 摺動ユニットを備えており、該摺動ユニットは長手方向軸線に沿った摺動運動を可能にし、トルク伝達を行う転動体ガイドとして形成されていて、互いに平行に延びる内側トラックと外側トラックとを有している、請求項1又は2記載のジョイント装置。
- 摺動ユニットの内側トラックが、アウタボスの外面上に形成されており、内側転動溝が、インナボスの外面に、インナボス軸線を中心として交互に分配配置されており、インナボスが、組み付け状態で爪状に互いに係合する少なくとも2つのエレメントを有しており、これらのエレメントが、インナボス軸線に沿って実質的に相前後して位置しており、これらのエレメントのうち第1のエレメントが第1の内側転動溝を、第2のエレメントが第2の内側転動溝を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- ジョイントのケージがその内面に、被駆動側端部から駆動側の端部の方向にアンダカットなしに延びる第1の導入面と、駆動側の端部から被駆動側の端部の方向にアンダカットなしに延びる第2の導入面とを有しており、これらの導入面が、インナボスの、爪状に互いに係合する両エレメントを、互いに反対側の端部からケージ内に導入可能であって、ケージにおいて結合可能であるように形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- インナボスの両エレメントが、第1の内側転動溝と第2の内側転動溝に隣接する第1のケージセンタリング面と第2のケージセンタリング面とを有していて、これらケージセンタリング面は、ケージの内面に設けられた前記導入面に隣接して設けられている第1のガイド面と第2のガイド面のガイドのために働く、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- インナボスのエレメントがそれぞれ円筒状の区分を有しており、該区分からシェル状の突起が突出しており、該突起がそれぞれ内側転動溝とケージセンタリング面とを形成する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- ジョイントのケージが、領域的に球面状の外面を有しており、該外面が少なくとも窓の領域で、ケージの外径が、アウタボスの内径よりも小さいか、これと同じであるように面取りされている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- インナボスの両エレメント及び/又はアウタボスが実質的に切削加工なしに加工された内実の変形加工部分である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- ジョイントの転動溝対偶の数が6である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- ジョイントの転動溝対偶の数が、摺動ユニットのトラック対偶の数と同じである、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- インナボスとアウタボスとの間のジョイントの最大の屈曲角度が約±40°である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- 摺動ユニット及び/又は外側ケージのボールの最大摺動距離が、ストッパ手段等によって制限されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- トラック対偶内で隣接する2つのボールの間隔が、トラック対偶における1つのボールの2つの接触点(P)の間隔の少なくとも3倍である、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- 摺動ユニットの1つのトラック対偶に、2つ以上のボールが配置されており、外側のボールの間の間隔は、接触点の間隔の少なくとも3倍である、請求項14記載のジョイント装置。
- 摺動ユニットの外側トラックが、管又は板金から変形加工されたスリーブ又は鐘状体に形成されており、該スリーブ又は鐘状体には、軸又は軸ピンのための接続手段が結合されている、及び/又は該接続手段が設けられている、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載のジョイント装置。
- 特にコンパクトな組み込みセットとしての、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つのジョイント装置を有していることを特徴とするジョイント軸、自動車のためのドライブシャフト。
