Description
Claims (15)
- 等速ジョイントであって、インナレースとアウタレース(1)とが設けられており、両レースに、互いに対を成して対応配置されたそれぞれ複数のトラック(3)が設けられており、該トラック(3)内に、ケージにガイドされた、トルクをインナレースとアウタレース(1)との間で伝達するためのボールが収容されており、さらに、少なくとも1つのジョイント結合部材(2)が設けられており、該ジョイント結合部材(2)が、当該ジョイントの組付け状態で一方のレース(1)に、該レース(1)とジョイント結合部材(2)との互いに対応配置された異形成形部(6,7)を介して結合されており、これによって、トルクが伝達されるようになっている形式のものにおいて、レース(1)が、当該ジョイントの組付け状態で少なくとも周方向でプレス嵌めによってジョイント結合部材(2)に相対回動不能に結合されているように、異形成形部(6,7)が形成されていて、互いに適合されており、レース(1)とジョイント結合部材(2)との異形成形部(6,7)が、互いに規定されたピッチ誤差を備えて対応配置されており、これによって、レース(1)が、当該ジョイントの組付け状態でプレス嵌めによってジョイント結合部材(2)に相対回動不能に結合されていることを特徴とする、等速ジョイント。
- ジョイント結合部材(2)が、当該ジョイントの組付けの間、少なくともレース(1)に対して相対的なジョイント結合部材(2)の軸方向の移動ストロークの一部に対して、レース(1)に対して相対的な隙間嵌めまたは中間嵌めによって易動性に移動可能であり、軸方向の移動ストロークの最終的な部分で初めてプレス嵌めによってレース(1)が、ジョイント結合部材(2)に相対回動不能に結合されるように、異形成形部(6,7)が形成されていて、互い適合されている、請求項1記載の等速ジョイント。
- レース(1)が、当該ジョイントの組付け状態で弾性的なプリロード下でジョイント結合部材(2)に結合されているように、異形成形部(6,7)が形成されている、請求項1または2記載の等速ジョイント。
- 異形成形部(6,7)が、互いに対応配置された突出部(7)と切欠き(6)とによって形成されており、該突出部(7)と該切欠き(6)とが、レース(1)とジョイント結合部材(2)との、互いに向かい合った周面に設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の等速ジョイント。
- レース(1)が当該ジョイントの組付け状態でプレス嵌めによってジョイント結合部材(2)に相対回動不能に結合されているように当該ジョイントの軸方向に変化する深さおよび/または高さを、レース(1)および/またはジョイント結合部材(2)の異形成形部(6,7)が有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の等速ジョイント。
- レース(1)が当該ジョイントの組付け状態でプレス嵌めによってジョイント結合部材(2)に相対回動不能に結合されているように当該ジョイントの軸方向に変化する幅を、レース(1)および/またはジョイント結合部材(2)の異形成形部(6,7)が有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の等速ジョイント。
- レース(1)および/またはジョイント結合部材(2)の異形成形部(6,7)が、周方向に、互いに反対の側に位置する2つの側壁を有しており、両側壁が、互いに傾けられており、これによって、レース(1)が、当該ジョイントの組付け状態でプレス嵌めによってジョイント結合部材(2)に相対回動不能に結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の等速ジョイント。
- 当該ジョイントの組付け状態において当該ジョイントの軸方向で、レース(1)とジョイント結合部材(2)とに互いにプリロードがかけられており、かつ/またはレース(1)とジョイント結合部材(2)とが互いに固定されており、これによって、レース(1)が、プレス嵌めによってジョイント結合部材(2)に相対回動不能に結合されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の等速ジョイント。
- 当該ジョイントの組付け状態において当該ジョイントの軸方向で、縁曲げ加工を介して、レース(1)とジョイント結合部材(2)とに互いにプリロードがかけられており、かつ/またはレース(1)とジョイント結合部材(2)とが互いに固定されている、請求項8記載の等速ジョイント。
- 異形成形部(6,7)が、アウタレース(1)の外面と、連行ハウジング(2)の、アウタレース(1)に当該ジョイントの組付け状態で向かい合った内面とに設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記連行ハウジング(2)が管状軸(4)に固く結合されている、請求項10記載の等速ジョイント。
- 少なくともレース(1)とジョイント結合部材(2)とが、チップなしに製造されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の等速ジョイント。
- 固定式ジョイントとして形成されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の等速ジョイント。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の、少なくとも1つの等速ジョイントを備えたジョイント軸。
- 前記等速ジョイントが固定式ジョイントとして形成されている、請求項14記載のジョイント軸。
