Claims (10)
- 기계 구조체 부재의 일단을 조인트 핀을 통하여 다른 기계 구조체 부재의 한쌍의 브라켓부 사이에 피봇가능하게 연결하는 피봇 핀 조인트에서, 상기 조인트 핀을 적어도 회전방향 운동에 대해 고정된 상태로 고정시키는 조인트 핀 고정기구로서,상기 조인트 핀의 하나의 축방향 단부 주위에 고정되어 제공되고 상기 조인트 핀의 축에 수직인 방향으로 상기 브라켓부중 하나의 외측상 및 외측을 따라 연장되는 칼라부;소정 길이 및 폭으로 상기 칼라부에 형성되고 상기 조인트 핀의 상기 축과 직각으로 교차하는 방향으로 연장된 길이방향의 중심선을 갖는 고정 슬롯;상기 하나의 브라켓의 외측상에 부착 고정된 시팅 부재; 및형상은 직사각형이며 상기 고정슬롯의 폭과 실질적으로 동일한 폭과 상기 고정슬롯의 길이보다 더 짧은 길이를 가지며, 상기 칼라부내의 상기 고정슬롯내의 맞물림을 위해 상기 시팅 부재상에 경사가능하게 지지되는 항회전 블록부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 핀 고정기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 항회전 블록은 실질적으로 정사각형 형상이고 상기 시팅 부재의 원통형 몸체부상에서 끼워 맞추어질 구멍이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 핀 고정기구.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 시팅 부재는 상기 원통형 몸체부의 일단에 플랜지부가 제공되며, 상기 플랜지부에서 상기 브라켓부 중 상기 하나에 용접되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 핀 고정기구.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 항회전 블록의 상기 구멍은, 상기 시팅 부재의 상기 원통형 몸체부상에 단단히 끼워 맞춰지고, 또한 상기 시팅 부재의 상기 원통형 몸체부상에 초기에 끼워맞춰질 측면상에는 테이퍼진 가장자리부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 핀 고정기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 항회전 블록은 상기 조인트 핀의 상기 칼라부와 실질적으로 동일한 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 핀 고정기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조인트 핀의 축방향 운동을 방지하도록 상기 칼라부의 표면과 접촉하여 맞물리는 상태로 상기 칼라부의 외측에 부착되어 고정된 정지판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 핀 고정기구.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 정지판은 상기 고정슬롯의 폭보다 더 큰 외경을 갖는 환상의 디스크 형상이고 상기 항회전 블록과 함께 상기 하나의 브라켓부에 분리가능하게 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 핀 고정기구.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 하나의 브라켓부는 그 외측상에 및 상기 조인트 핀의 상기 일단부 주위에 보강부재가 제공되고, 상기 칼라부는 상기 보강부재에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 핀 고정기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 브라켓부는 하중 리프팅 부재의 브라켓부이며, 상기 기계 구조체 부재는 상기 하중 리프팅 구조체 부재에 피봇가능하게 연결된 유압 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 핀 고정기구.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 기계 구조체 부재는 실린더관의 연결부인 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 핀 고정기구.
