Abstract
본 발명은 조성물이 아미노 화합물을 부가 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 담체상에 지지된 산을 함유하는 촉매 조성물에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 담체 상에 지지된 산 및 아미노 화합물을 함유하는 신규 촉매 조성물 및 올레핀을 알콜로 수화시키는 것과 같은 방법에서 촉매로서 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.
담체 예컨대 실리카 또는 점토 상에 산 촉매 예컨대 인산 또는 헤테로 다중산을 지지하는 것과 증기상태의 올레핀 예컨대 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌을 대응 알콜로 수화시키기 위한 상기 지지된 촉매를 사용하는 것이 공지된다. 다수의 종래 공고물은 GB-A-1570650, US-A-4808559, GB-A-1371905, US-A-4038211,US-A-4012452, GB-A-1476534, GB-A-1306141, US-A-3996338 및 CAN-A-844004 에 기재된 것을 포함하는 과정을 기재한다. 상기 종래 공고물의 각각에서, 사용된 규산질 지지체의 본성은 세공 부피, 표면적, 분쇄강도 및 지지체의 순도를 포함하는 각종 매개변수로 정의된다.
종래 공고물의 일부 예컨대 GB-A-1281120 은 헤테로 다중산 촉매를 이용한 올레핀의 수화용 액상법을 기재한다. 더욱이, US-A-2173187 은 촉매로서 헤테로 다중산을 이용하여 증기상태의 올레핀을 대응 알콜로 수화시키는 방법을 기재하고, 이의 착음이온은 VI 족, 주기율표의 A 아족으로부터 하나의 원소를 포함한다. 상기 참조에서 촉매를 지지체와 함께 또는 없이 사용할 수 있다는 것을 언급한다. 비록 기타 규산질 지지체 예컨대 규산, 산성 백토, 벤토나이트, 규조토 또는 석면을 또한 나열하여도, 사용되는 경우, 지지체는 바람직하게 실리카 겔이다. 유사하게, JA-A-57130935 는 활성탄소상에 지지된 헤테로 다중산 촉매를 이용하는 올레핀 수화용 방법을 기재한다. 더욱이, US-A-2608534 는 특히 올레핀의 수화를 포함하는 다수의 통상 유기 반응에 대해 촉매로서 상당량의 무기 금속 산화물 또는 수산화물상에 지지된 헤테로 다중산을 기재한다. 상기 공고물에서 지지체중에 알루미나, 마그네샤, 토리아, 티타니아 등을 기재하고 알루미나가 바람직하다고 한다. 그러나, 올레핀을 대응 알콜로 수화시키기 위한 임의 구체적인 촉매 또는 구체적인 방법을 기재하지 않는다.
개선된 활성 및 안정성의 지지된 산 촉매를 상기 지지된 촉매의 제조에서 아미노 화합물을 이용하여 형성할 수 있다는 것을 현재 발견하였다.
따라서, 본 발명은 아미노 화합물을 부가 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 담체상에 지지된 산을 함유하는 촉매 조성물이다.
본 발명의 촉매 조성물에서 사용될 수 있는 산 촉매는 적당히 인산 또는 헤테로 다중산이다. 인산은 이의 이성질체성 형태의 임의 것, 예를 들어 오르토인산 또는 메타인산 또는 이의 혼합물일 수 있다. 오르토인산이 바람직하다. 본 명세서에서 사용되고 명세서 전반을 통해 용어 "헤테로 다중산"은 유리산 및 이의 염을 포함하는 것을 의미한다. 그러므로 본 발명의 촉매를 제조하는데 사용되는 헤테로 다중산은 음이온이 착물이고 고분자량물인 유리산 및 이의 배위 형태의 염을 포함한다. 전형적으로, 음이온은 2∼18 산소연결 다가 금속 원자를 함유하고, 이는 주변 원자로 칭한다. 상기 주변 원자는 대칭 방식으로 하나 이상의 중심원자를 둘러싼다. 주변 원자는 통상 하나 이상의 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 바나듐, 니오븀, 탄탈륨 및 기타 금속이다. 중심 원자는 통상 규소 또는 인이지만 원소의 주기율표에서 I∼VIII 족으로부터 다양한 원소중 임의 것을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 원자는 예를 들어 리튬 이온, 제 2 구리 이온; 2가 베릴륨, 아연, 코발트 또는 니켈 이온; 3가 붕소, 알루미늄, 갈륨, 철, 세륨, 비소, 안티몬, 인, 비스무트, 크롬 또는 로듐 이온; 4가 규소, 게르마늄, 주석, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 바나듐, 황, 텔루륨, 망간, 니켈, 플라티늄, 토륨, 하프늄, 세륨 이온 및 기타 희토류 이온; 5가 인, 비소, 바나듐, 안티몬 이온; 6가 텔루륨 이온; 7가 요오드 이온을 포함한다. 상기 헤테로 다중산은 또한 "폴리옥소음이온", "폴리옥소메탈레이트" 또는 "금속 산화물 클러스터(cluster)"로서 공지된다. 공지된 음이온의 일부 구조는 상기 분야에서 최초 연구자를 따라 명명되고 예를 들어 케긴(Keggin), 웰스-도슨 (Wells-Dawson) 및 앤더슨-이반스-펄로프 (Anderson-Evans-Perloff) 구조로서 공지된다.
헤테로 다중산은 통상 예를 들어 700∼8500 의 범위에서 고분자량이고 이량체성 착물을 포함한다. 특히 이들이 유리산이고 수개의 염의 경우이면, 이들은 극성 용매 예컨대 물 또는 기타 산소화된 용매에서 상대적으로 고용해도이고, 이들의 용해도를 적당한 반대이온을 선택하여 조절할 수 있다. 본 발명에서 촉매로서 사용될 수 있는 헤테로 다중산의 구체적인 예는 하기이다:

산촉매를 지지하는 담체는 적당히 하나 이상의 규산질 지지체, 점토, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 하프니아, 탄소 등이고, 바람직하게는 실리카 지지체이다. 지지체는 겔, 압출물, 펠렛 또는 과립의 형태일 수 있고 천연 생성물일 수 있거나 합성하여 제조할 수 있다. 이것은 특히 예를 들어 4염화규소의 불꽃 가수분해로 제조되는 합성 실리카일 수 있는 실리카의 경우이다. 상기 실라카의 예는 그레이스/데이비슨(Grace/Davison) 등급의 실리카로서 시판되는 것, 특히 그레이스 57 및 1371 실리카(es W R 그레이스), 및 에어로실 등급의 실리카(ex 데구사(Degussa)
) 예컨대 US-A-5086031 에 청구되고 기재된 것을 포함한다. 지지체, 특히 실리카 지지체는 적당히 하기 특성을 갖는다:

세공 부피(물) 0.40∼1.25 ml/g, 바람직하게는 0.90∼1.20 ml/g
표면적 200∼750 m2/g, 바람직하게는 250∼450 m2/g
평균 입자 크기 0.1∼6.0 mm, 바람직하게는 1∼3.5 mm.
상기 범위내에서, 사용된 실리카를 산에 대한 담체/지지체로서 사용하는 경우, 상기 실리카는 새로운, 미사용 실리카에 비해 증가된 표면적을 가질 수 있고 상기 증가된 표면적은 특정 범위의 상한에 더욱 가까워질 수 있다.
촉매 조성물의 제조 동안 아미노 화합물을 촉매 조성물에 도입하여 이의 활성 및 안정성을 개선시킬 수 있다는 것을 발견하였다. 그래서, 지지체를 초기에 아미노 화합물로 처리하는 것 또는 아미노 화합물을 산 촉매로 지지체를 촉매 용액에 침액시키기 전에 예비 혼합시키는 것이 가능하다. 대신, 아미노 화합물과 촉매 용액을 지지체 상에 함께 공급하여 침액시키도록 아미노 화합물을 촉매에 혼입시키는 것이 가능하다.
사용된 아미노 화합물은 적당히 비이온성 또는 양이온성이고 개별적으로 유리 아민 또는 이의 염일 수 있다. 아미노 화합물은 적당하게 (a) 포화 또는 불포화, (b) 개방쇄, 환식, 지환식 또는 외향환식 및 (c) 지방족, 방향족 또는 헤테로환식이고 번갈아 모노, 디 또는 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민일 수 있는 1차, 2차 또는 3차 아민일 수 있다. 특히, 아민이 알킬 또는 아릴 아민인 경우, 이것은 적당하게 탄소수 1 내지 10 이고 적당하게 디메틸 아민, 트리메틸 아민, 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민 또는 수산화물 및 할로겐화물 예컨대 염화물 및 브롬화물을 포함하는 이의 암모늄염이다.
지지체 또는 담체를 적당히 용매 예컨대 알콜 또는 증류수에서 번갈아 촉매 및 아미노 화합물을 용해시켜 제조하는 촉매 및 아미노 화합물의 용액에 침지시킨다. 그 다음 지지체를 상기 형성된 용액에 첨가한다. 지지체를 수시간 동안 촉매 및 아미노 화합물의 용액에서 적당히 침지시키고, 주기적으로 수동 교반시키며, 상기 시간후 흡인 깔떼기를 이용하여 적당히 여과시켜 임의 여분의 촉매/용매를 제거한다. 기타 침액 기술 예컨대 초기 습식 기술을 또한 사용할 수 있다.
그 다음 상기 형성된 습식 지지 촉매를 오븐에 상승 온도에서 수시간 동안 적당히 방치시켜 건조시키고, 상기 시간후 실온으로 건조기에서 냉각시킨다. 건조시 촉매의 중량, 사용된 지지체의 중량 및 지지체 상의 촉매의 중량은 g/l 로 하중된 촉매를 측정할 수 있는 건조시 촉매의 중량으로부터 사용된 지지체의 중량을 감하여 수득된다. 그 다음 상기 촉매(중량으로 측정)를 적당한 방법 예컨대 올레핀 수화법에서 사용한다.
촉매 조성물에 혼입된 아미노 화합물의 양은 산 촉매의 중량에 대해 적당하게 0.01 내지 16 % w/w, 바람직하게 0.1 내지 10 % w/w 의 범위이다.
지지체 상의 산 촉매의 양은 산 촉매 및 지지체의 전체 중량에 대해 적당하게 5 내지 60 % w/w, 바람직하게 20 내지 50 % w/w 범위이다.
상기 형성된 촉매 조성물을 또한 여기에 기타 산성 성분을 첨가하여 추가로 개질시켜 이의 촉매 활성을 최적화시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 촉매 조성물을 다수의 촉매화 방법 예컨대 올레핀의 수화, 올레핀의 중합, 올레핀의 올리고머화, 및 탄화수소, 특히 방향족 탄화수소의 알킬화에 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 촉매 조성물을 또한 a) 알킬화 반응, 예를 들어, 쿠멘, 에틸벤젠 및 방향족 화합물의 알킬화; b) 이합체화 반응, 예를 들어, 올레핀의 이합체화; 및/또는 c) 올리고머화 반응, 예를 들어, 프로필렌의 올리고머화에서 사용할 수 있다.
추가 구현예에 있어서, 본 발명은 촉매 조성물이 아미노 화합물을 부가 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 증기상태의 담체 상에 지지된 산 촉매를 함유하는 촉매 조성물의 존재하에서 올레핀을 대응 알콜로 수화시키는 방법이다.
올레핀 수화법은 하기 반응 조건을 이용하여 적당히 실행시킨다:
a. 반응기를 통과하는 올레핀에 대한 물의 몰비는 적당히 0.1 내지 3.0, 바람직하게 0.1 내지 1.0 의 범위이다.
b. 물/올레핀 혼합물의 GHSV(gas hourly space velocity)는 적당히 촉매 조성물의 0.010 내지 0.25 g/분/cm3, 바람직하게 0.03 내지 0.10 g/분/cm3이다.
c. 촉매 농도는 촉매 조성물의 전체 중량에 대해 5 내지 40 % w/w, 바람직하게 10 내지 30 % w/w 이다.
올레핀 수화 반응을 150 내지 350 ℃ 의 온도에서 실행시킨다. 상기 온도 범위내에서, 에틸렌을 에탄올로 수화시키는 것을 이의 노점 내지 350 ℃ 범위의 온도, 예를 들어 225 내지 320 ℃ 에서 적당히 실행시키고 바람직하게는 230 내지 300 ℃ 이며; 프로필렌을 이소프로필렌으로 수화시키는 것을 이의 노점 내지 250 ℃ 범위의 온도, 예를 들어 160 내지 225 ℃ 에서 적당히 실행시키고 바람직하게는 180 내지 210 ℃ 이다.
수화되는 올레핀은 적당히 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌이고 형성된 대응 알콜은 적당히 각각 에탄올 및 이소프로판올이다. 상기 올레핀을 섞이지 않거나 올레핀의 혼합물로서 사용하여 알콜의 대응 혼합물을 발생시킬 수 있다. 예를 들어 유체 촉매 분해법으로부터 정련소에서 나오고 C2 및 C3 포화 및 불포화 탄화수소의 혼합물을 함유하는 혼합 탄화수소 공급원료를 상기 목적으로 사용할 수 있다. 상기 방법을 증기상태에서 실행시키며, 즉 올레핀 및 물은 촉매 조성물에 용해하는 각 기체 반응물의 소량과 별도로, 촉매 조성물을 통해 증기상이다. 수화 반응은 상기 용해 반응물간에 발생한다고 믿어진다. 올레핀에 대응하는 에테르를 반응 동안 부산물로서 형성한다.
촉매 조성물을 반응기 내에 배치하고, 반응기를 밀봉시킨후 촉매 조성물을 반응 온도로 가열시켜 수화 반응을 실행시킨다. 촉매 조성물을 최종 목적 생성물에 따라, 170 내지 300 ℃ 의 온도로 가열시킨다. 예를 들어, 만일 최종 생성물이 에틸렌으로부터 에탄올이면, 촉매 조성물은 적당히 225 내지 320 ℃, 바람직하게 230 내지 300 ℃ 로 가열시킨다. 다른 한편, 만일 최종 생성물이 프로필렌으로부터 이소프로필렌이면, 촉매 조성물을 적당히 160 내지 225 ℃, 바람직하게 180 내지 210 ℃ 로 가열시킨다. 촉매 조성물이 원하는 온도를 달성하는 경우 증기상태에서 올레핀 및 물의 투입량을 반응기를 통과시킨다. 반응기를 통과하는 물 대 올레핀의 몰비는 적당히 0.1 내지 3.0 의 범위, 바람직하게 0.1 내지 1.0, 더욱 바람직하게 0.25 내지 0.45 이다. 상기 범위내에서 에탄올의 제조 동안 물 대 에틸렌의 비율은 적당히 0.1:1 내지 5:1 , 바람직하게 0.1:1 내지 2.5:1 이다. 반응기를 통과하는 수증기/올레핀 혼합물의 공간 속도는 올레핀 반응물이 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌인지에 따라 약간 상이하다. 예를 들어, 에틸렌의 경우, 수증기와 이의 혼합물의 공간 속도는 적당히 촉매 조성물의 0.010 내지 0.100, 바람직하게 0.020 내지 0.050 g/분/cm3이다. 프로필렌과 수증기의 혼합물의 경우, 공간 속도는 촉매 조성물의 0.010 내지 0.100, 바람직하게 0.02 내지 0.07 g/분/cm3이다.
수화 반응을 1000 내지 25000 KPa 범위의 압력에서 실행시킨다. 상기 범위내에서, 에틸렌의 수화는 적당히 2000 내지 24000 KPa, 바람직하게 3000 내지 10000 KPa 의 압력에서 실행시키는 반면, 프로필렌의 수화는 적당히 2000 내지 24000 KPa, 바람직하게 2000 내지 7600 KPa 의 압력에서 실행시킨다. 촉매계의 활성을 표준 시험 조건(후기 실시예에서 설명)에서 1 시간 주기동안 생산된 알콜, 에테르 및 미반응 올레핀의 전체량을 모니터하여 측정한다.
알콜 및 에테르 생산은 기체 크로마토그래피(후기 참조)로 측정하는 반면, 미반응 올레핀은 습식형 포지티브 치환 유동 미터를 이용하여 측정한다.
그래서, 본 명세서에서 기재된 아미노 화합물을 이용하여 본 방법의 공간-시간-수율(이후 "STY")을 증가시키는 것 뿐만 아니라 이에 의해 지지체를 플랜트상에서 교체하거나 대체하는 빈도를 감소시키는 지지체의 수명을 연장시키는 것이 가능하다.
본 발명은 후기 실시예를 참조하여 추가로 증명한다:
실시예:
에틸렌 수화용 (이후 자세히 기재된 바와 같이 제조된) 유기 아민/인산/실리카 촉매의 성능을 비교하는 실시예를 침액된 촉매 2.5 g 을 함유하는 구리 연결된 관상 반응기를 이용하여 연속 유동 조건하에서 실행시킨다. 예열된 에틸렌을 질량 유동 조절기로 공급하고 물을 측정 펌프로 공급하며, 촉매층에 들어가기에 앞서 예열기를 통과시킨다.
반응기의 온도를 ± 1 ℃ 내로 조절하고, 계의 입구에서 측정된 압력을 ± 1 바(bar)내로 조절한다. 기체 용출액을 반응기 출구에서 고압 분리기로 5 ℃ 로 급냉시켜 액체 생성물을 냉각시키고 그 다음 주위로 탈압축시킨다. 그 다음 배(排)기체를 -78 ℃ 의 냉각 트랩에 통과시켜 임의 잔류 액체 생성물을 제거하고 기체를 배출시키기에 앞서 정확히 측정한다.
매 2 시간 마다 모든 냉각된 생성물을 수집하고, GC 분석을 이용하여 물, 에탄올, 아세트알데히드 및 디에틸 에테르에 대한 혼합 샘플을 분석하여 촉매 각각의 활성을 분석한다. 기재된 전환율은 물에 기재한다. 용출액의 인산 함량을 ICP-AES 분석을 통해 분석하여 촉매의 거름 작용을 비교한다.
상기 과정을 상이한 촉매 조성물을 비교하는데 사용하여 유기 아민의 소량의 존재하에서 제조된 인산 촉매의 우월성을 확립시킨다. 시험된 촉매 조성물은 하기이다:
실리카 지지체상에 지지된 순수 인산의 각종 양(분말 Aerosil(등록상표) 200 으로부터 제조된 데구사 350, ex 데구사):
a. H3PO4함량 40 wt.%
b. H3POa4함량 50 wt.%
실리카 지지체의 침액법 동안 인산의 각종 양에 첨가되는 디메틸 아민(DMA) 또는 트리메틸 아민(TMA)의 각종 양:
c. DMA 0.6 wt.%, H3PO4함량 40 wt.%
d. DMA 1.0 wt.%, H3PO4함량 50 wt.%
e. DMA 1.5 wt.%, H3PO4함량 50 wt.%
f. TMA 1.0 wt.%, H3PO4함량 40 wt.%

0.4 내지 0.5 mm 펠렛으로 분쇄된 실리카 담체 5.00 g(분말 Aerosil(등록상표) 200 으로부터 제조된 데구사 350, ex 데구사)을 25 ml 플라스크에 투입한다. 5.64 몰/l 인산(ex 머크(Merck)) 9.41 ml (a) 또는 14.12 ml (b) 를 지지체에 첨가한다. 플라스크를 회전 증발기로 수조에서 40 ℃ 에서 3 시간 동안 교반시킨다. 그 다음 회전 증발기를 13 mbar 의 압력으로 진공시키고 수조를 가열환류시킨다. 1 시간 후 플라스크를 주위 온도로 냉각시키고 압력을 주위로 돌린다. 촉매를 오븐에 120 ℃ 에서 16 시간 동안 배치하여 건조시키고, 상기 시간후 건조기에서 주위 온도로 냉각시킨다.

0.4 내지 0.5 mm 펠렛으로 분쇄된 실리카 담체 5.00 g(분말 Aerosil(등록상표) 200 으로부터 제조된 데구사 350, ex 데구사)을 25 ml 플라스크에 투입한다. 5.64 몰/l 인산(ex 머크) 9.51 ml (c), 14.41 ml (d) 또는 14.55 ml (e) 및 DMA 40 wt.%(ex BASF) 126 μl (c), 0.255 μl (d) 및 0.387 μl (e) 를 지지체에 첨가한다. 플라스크를 회전 증발기로 수조에서 40 ℃ 에서 3 시간 동안 교반시킨다. 그 다음 회전 증발기를 13 mbar 의 압력으로 진공시키고 수조를 가열환류시킨다. 1 시간 후 플라스크를 주위 온도로 냉각시키고 압력을 주위로 돌린다. 촉매를 오븐에 120 ℃ 에서 16 시간 동안 배치하여 건조시키고, 상기 시간후 건조기에서 주위 온도로 냉각시킨다.

0.4 내지 0.5 mm 펠렛으로 분쇄된 실리카 담체 5.00 g(분말 Aerosil(등록상표) 200 으로부터 제조된 데구사 350, ex 데구사)을 25 ml 플라스크에 투입한다. 5.64 몰/l 인산(ex 머크) 9.57 ml (f) 및 TMA 45 wt.% 용액(ex 플루카 (Fluka)) 188 μl (f) 를 지지체에 첨가한다. 플라스크를 회전 증발기로 수조에서 40 ℃ 에서 3 시간 동안 교반시킨다. 그 다음 회전 증발기를 13 mbar 의 압력으로 진공시키고 수조를 가열환류시킨다. 1 시간 후 플라스크를 주위 온도 및 압력으로 냉각시킨다. 촉매를 오븐에 120 ℃ 에서 16 시간 동안 배치하여 건조시키
고, 상기 시간후 건조기에서 주위 온도로 냉각시킨다.
실시예 (f) 에서 촉매로서 사용된 지지체(ex 데구사)는 BJH 법(Barrett, EP, Joyner, LG and Halenda, PP, et al in JACS, 73 , 1952, pp 373 의 기사 참조)으로 측정된 바와 같이 평균 세공 직경(Å) 180 이다.
실시예 1
후기 표 1 에서 결과는 수(水)전환율, 에탄올 선택성 및 40 % 인산(a) 및 디메틸 아민/40 % 인산으로 침액되는 경우 인산/실리카 기재 촉매계를 이용하여 용출액에서 인산의 양을 비교한다. 각각의 경우, 사용된 온도는 300 ℃ 이고, 압력은 50 바이며, 에틸렌에 대한 물의 몰비는 1:2 이고, WHSV 는 1.6 ml/g 촉매/h 이다. 8 시간 TOS(time on stream) 후 하기 촉매 성능을 관찰한다:

후기 표 2 에서 결과는 수전환율, 에탄올 선택성 및 50 % 인산(b) 및 디메틸 아민/50 % 인산의 각종 양으로 침액되는 경우 인산/실리카 기재 촉매계를 이용하여 용출액에서 인산의 양을 비교한다. 각각의 경우, 사용된 온도는 300 ℃ 이고, 압력은 50 바이며, 에틸렌에 대한 물의 몰비는 1:2 이고, WHSV 는 1.6 ml/g 촉매/h 이다. 2, 4 및 6 시간 TOS 후 하기 촉매 성능을 관찰한다:

본 발명의 산 촉매는 개선된 활성 및 안정성을 갖는다. 또한 본 명세서에서 기재된 아미노 화합물을 이용하여 본 방법의 공간-시간-수율을 증가시키는 것 뿐만 아니라 이에 의해 지지체를 플랜트상에서 교체하거나 대체하는 빈도를 감소시키는 지지체의 수명을 연장시키는 것이 가능하다.
Claims (21)
- 담체상에 지지된 산을 함유하는 촉매 조성물로서, 아미노 화합물을 부가 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 촉매가 인산 또는 헤테로 다중산인 촉매 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 인산 촉매가 오르토인산, 메타인산 또는 이의 혼합물인 촉매 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 헤테로 다중산 촉매가 폴리옥소음이온, 폴리옥소메탈레이트 또는 금속 산화물 클러스터인 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 촉매가 산 촉매 및 담체의 전체 중량에 대해 5 내지 60 % w/w 인 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 규산질 재료, 점토, 티타니아, 지르코니아, 하프니아 및/또는 탄소로 형성되는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 실리카 담체인 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 하기 특성을 갖는 촉매 조성물:세공 반경(사용전) 10 내지 500 Å,벌크 밀도 0.3 내지 0.45 g/ml,세공 부피(물) 0.40 내지 1.25 ml/g,표면적 200 내지 750 m2/g,평균 입자 크기 0.1 내지 6.0 mm.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아미노 화합물이 비이온성 또는 양이온성인 촉매 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 아미노 화합물이 (a) 포화 또는 불포화 아민, (b) 개방쇄, 환식, 지환식 또는 외향환식 아민 및/또는 (c) 지방족, 방향족 또는 헤테로환식 아민 또는 이의 암모늄염인 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아미노 화합물이 산 촉매의 중량에 대해 0.01 내지 16 % w/w 인 촉매 조성물.
- 담체 상에 지지된 산 촉매를 함유하는 촉매 조성물의 존재 하, 증기상에서 올레핀을 대응 알콜로 수화시키는 방법으로서, 아미노 화합물을 부가 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 하기 단계로 이루어지는 방법:a) 촉매 조성물을 반응기에 배치하고, 반응기를 밀봉시킨후 촉매 조성물을 170 내지 300 ℃ 의 온도로 가열시키는 단계,b) 반응기를 통과하는 올레핀에 대한 물의 몰비가 0.1 내지 3.0 인, 증기상태의 물 및 올레핀을 반응기를 통해 촉매 조성물의 공간 속도 0.010 내지 0.100 g/분/cm3로 투입하는 단계.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 산 촉매의 농도가 촉매 조성물의 전체 중량에 대해 5 내지 40 w/w% 인 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 수화되는 올레핀이 에틸렌, 프로필렌 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 수화되는 올레핀이 에틸렌이고, 촉매 조성물을 가열시키는 온도가 225 내지 320 ℃ 이며, 에틸렌 및 물을 반응기를 통해 투입하는 공간 속도가 0.02 내지 0.05 g/분/cm3인 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 수화되는 올레핀이 프로필렌이고, 촉매 조성물을 가열시키는 온도가 160 내지 225 ℃ 이며, 에틸렌 및 물을 반응기를 통해 투입하는 공간 속도가 촉매 조성물의 0.02 내지 0.07 g/분/cm3인 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 올레핀 수화 반응을 150 내지 350 ℃ 의 온도에서 실행시키는 방법.
- 담체를 산 촉매 및 아미노 화합물로 처리하는 것으로 이루어지는 촉매 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 담체를 산 촉매 및 아미노 화합물의 용액으로 침액시키는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 담체를 아미노 화합물로 처리한 후, 처리된 담체를 산 촉매의 수용액 또는 알콜 용액과 접촉시키는 것으로 이루어지는 방법.
