Description
Claims (6)
- 허니콤 로우터가 흡착 영역과, 제거 영역과, 건조 영역 및 냉각 영역을 차례로 상기 순서대로 통과할 수 있도록 구동되고, 처리될 가스는 흡착 영역을 통과하며, 이와 동시에 냉각 영역을 통과하는 공기는 가열되며, 응축된 가스는 취출되면서 가열된 공기를 제거 영역내로 도입하는 가스 처리 장치에 있어서,냉각 영역을 통과하는 공기를 가열하고 이것을 제거 영역내로 도입하기 위하여 배치되는 제 1 가열 수단과;상기 건조 영역을 통과한 공기를 가열하여 이것을 상기 제거 영역내로 도입하기 위하여 배치되는 제 2 가열 수단을 포함하는 가스 처리 장치.
- 허니콤 로우터가 흡착 영역과, 제거 영역 및 냉각 영역을 차례로 상기 순서대로 통과할 수 있도록 구동되고, 처리될 가스는 차례로 상기 순서대로 흡착 영역을 통과하며, 이와 동시에 냉각 영역을 통과하는 공기는 가열되며, 응축된 가스는 취출되면서 가열된 공기를 제거 영역내로 도입하는 본 발명에 따른 가스 처리 장치에 있어서,상기 냉각 영역을 통과한 공기의 부분을 제거함으로써 상기 제거 영역을 통과하는 가열된 공기의 양을 제어하기 위한 제어 수단을 부가로 포함하는 가스 처리 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제거 영역은 복수의 영역으로 분할되고, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 영역중의 하나용으로 배치되는 가스 처리 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착 영역에서 세척 효율을 측정하기 위한 부가의 수단을 포함하는 가스 처리 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제거 영역의 마지막 영역의 출구에서 농도를 측정하기 위한 부가의 수단을 포함하는 가스 처리 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 공기 유량을 조절하기 위한 댐퍼를 포함하는 가스 처리 장치.
