Claims (13)
- 엔진으로 구동되는 기계 설비(4)(engine-driven load)를 위한, 특히 수송 수단(vehicle)을 위한, 엔진(1)(engine), 입력 샤프트(5a)와 출력 샤프트(5b) 등을 갖춘 토크 컨버터(2)(torque converter), 마찰력의 도움으로 토크를 전달할 수 있는 제 1 샤프트(3b)(primary shaft)와 제 2 샤프트(3c)(secondary shaft) 등을 갖춘 연속의 다양한 전동(傳動) 유닛(3)(continuously variable transmission unit) 등을 구동 방향으로 연속적으로 포함하는 구동 장치(drive device)에 있어서,전동 유닛(3)의 제 1 샤프트(3b)에서 토크 컨버터(2)와 엔진(1) 등의 결합에 의하여 생성될 수 있는 명목상 토크(Tp,nom)(nominal torque)는, 전동 유닛(3)의 최대 미끄러짐 토크(Ts,max)(maximum slipping torque)보다 클 수 없고, 전동 유닛(3)의 제 1 샤프트(3b)에서 토크 컨버터(2)와 엔진(1) 등의 결합에 의한 작동에서 실질적으로 생성될 수 있는 토크(Tp)(torque)는 정의된 제한 레벨(Tg)(limit level)를 초과할 수 없도록, 구동 장치의 부분으로 작동하는 수단(6, 8, 9) 등을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 명목상 엔진 토크와 토크 변환 인자(f)(torque conversion factor)의 제곱근 사이의 곱은 대략적으로 전동 유닛(3)의 최대 미끄러짐 토크(Ts,max)와 같도록, 엔진(1)과 토크 컨버터(2) 등을 설계하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항 등에 있어서, 제한 수단(6, 8, 9)(limiting means)은 기계 설비(4)(load)의 회전 속력의 낮은 속력 범위에서 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 등에 있어서, 전동 유닛(3)이 제 2 샤프트(3c)의 가능한 가장 낮은 속력과 관계 있는 전달 비(比)에 설정될 때, 제한 레벨(Tg)은 실질적으로 전동 유닛(3)의 최대 미끄러짐 토크(Ts,max)와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 등에 있어서, 제한 레벨(Tg)은 예를 들면, 전달 오일(transmission oil)의 온도, 전동 유닛(3)의 전달 비(比), 엔진의 회전 속력(Ne), 전동 유닛(3)의 제 1 샤프트(3b)의 가속도 또는 제 1 샤프트(3b)의 회전 숫자(n) 등과 같은 하나 이상의 파라미터에 의존하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 증가하는 제 1 샤프트(3b)의 회전 숫자(n)의 경우에서 제한 레벨(Tg)은 떨어지도록, 정돈(停頓)에서 전동 유닛(3)의 제 1 샤프트(3b)의 회전 숫자(n)에 적어도 제한 레벨(Tg)은 의존하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 상기의 하나 또는 그 이상의 항에 있어서, 연속의 다양한 전동(傳動) 유닛(3)(continuously variable transmission unit)에, 제 1 샤프트(3b)에 제 1 풀리(primary pulley), 제 2 샤프트(3c)에 제 2 풀리(secondary pulley), 이 두 개의 풀리(pulley) 주위에 설치된 구동 벨트(3a)(drive belt) 등을 공급하며, 변위 수단(displacement means)의 도움으로 축방향으로 바뀌어질 수 있는 풀리의 하나 이상에서 풀리(pulley) 각각에 두 개의 원뿔형 디스크(conical disc)를 제공하며, 그래서 디스크 등의 사이에서 구동 벨트(3a)의 방사 위치(radial position)와 그러므로 전동 유닛(3)의 전달 비(比)는 정의된 범위 내(內)에서 연속의 다양한 방식에서 설정될 수 있고, 구동 벨트의 최대 미끄러짐 토크(maximum slipping torque)는 전동 유닛(3)의 최대 전달이 가능한 토크(maximum transmittable torque)에 대한 정의된 기준인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 구동 벨트(3a)는 실질적으로 금속으로 만들어지고, 제한 레벨(Tg)에서 변화는 구동 벨트의 피로 곡선(fatigue curve)에 관계 있는 방식으로, 정돈(停頓)에서 전동 유닛(3)의 제 1 샤프트(3b)의 회전 숫자(n)에 적어도 제한 레벨(Tg)은 의존하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 상기의 하나 또는 그 이상의 항에 있어서, 먼저 전동 유닛(3)의 제 1 샤프트(3b)에서 토크(Tp)를 결정하기 위하여 하나 이상의 측정 신호를 생성시키기 위한 측정 수단(8)(measurement means)을 제한 수단(6, 8, 9)(limiting means)은 포함하고, 두 번째로 상기 측정 신호에 의하여 엔진(1)에 의하여 생성되는 토크(Tm)를 제어하기 위하여 하나 이상의 제어 신호를 생성시키기 위한 신호-처리 수단(6) (signal-processing means)을 포함하고, 상기 제어 신호에 의하여 세 번째로 전동 유닛(3)의 제 1 샤프트(3b)에서 토크 컨버터(2)와 엔진(1) 등의 결합에 의한 작동에서 생성될 수 있는 토크(Tp)(torque)를 제한하는 발동 수단(9)(actuation means)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 상기의 하나의 항에 있어서, 토크 컨버터(2)의 입력 샤프트(5a)의 회전 속력(Ne)과 토크 컨버터(2)의 출력 샤프트(5b)의 회전 속력(Np) 등을 탐지하기 위한, 그리고 가속기 발판(10)(accelerator pedal)의 위치(α)를 탐지하기 위한 센서(8a, 8b, 8c) 등을 제한 수단(6, 8, 9)(limiting means)은 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 상기의 하나의 항에 있어서, 제한 수단(6, 8, 9)(limiting means)은 엔진(1)으로의 연료 공급(β)의 레벨을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 상기의 하나의 항에 있어서, 조정 가능한 토크 변환 인자(f)로써 토크 컨버터(2)를 설계함에 있어서, 제한 수단(6, 8, 9)(limiting means)은 토크 컨버터(2)의 토크 변환 인자(f)를 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
- 상기의 하나의 항에 있어서, 토크 컨버터(2)에 토크 컨버터 잠금 클러치(2a)(torque converter lockup clutch)를 공급함에 있어서, 제한 수단(6, 8, 9)(limiting means)은 토크 컨버터(2)의 토크 컨버터 잠금 클러치(2a)(torque converter lockup clutch)에 영향을 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 장치(drive device).
