Description
継手ハウジングに支持されかつ外側リング部材を含むワンウェイクラッチを備え、ステータは、ワンウェイクラッチの外側リング部材の半径方向外側に同心に配置されたインナリングを含み、トルクリミッタは、該外側リング部材の周方向に等間隔をおいて外周面から半径方向外方に延び出す複数のばね受け突起と、相互に周方向に対向するばね受け突起の各々間の周方向中央に該インナリングの軸線と平行な軸回りに回動可能に配設された該ドライブキーと、該ドライブキーの周方向両側に配置された一対の摺動部材と、該摺動部材の周方向側面のうち、該一対の摺動部材間に位置する該ドライブキーに対する側面とは反対側の側面とそれぞれ周方向に間隔をおいて対向するばね受け突起の周方向片面との間に配設された該ばね部材と、ステータのインナリングの内周面に周方向に等間隔をおいて形成された複数の溝とを備え、該ドライブキーはステータのインナリングとワンウェイクラッチの外側リング部材との間において半径方向に直立した状態に保持され、ステータのインナリングの溝は、直立状態にある該ドライブキーの半径方向外側端面に係合され、該伝達トルクが所定値以上に増加すると、ドライブキーが該ばね部材のばね力に抗して該軸回りに回動させられてインナリングの溝に対する係合が解除され、ステータはドライブキーに対して空転させられる、ことが好ましい。

Claims (2)
- 継手ハウジング内に回転自在に支持されたポンプハブに装着された環状のポンプシェルと、ポンプシェル内に放射状に配設された複数個のインペラとを有するポンプと;ポンプと対向して配設されかつポンプハブと相対回転可能なタービンハブに装着された環状のタービンシェルと、タービンシェル内に放射状に配設された複数個のランナとを有するタービンと;ポンプとタービン間に配置されかつ継手ハウジングに支持されたステータと;ポンプとタービン内に充填された作動流体と;を備えた流体継手において、
ステータと継手ハウジングとの間にトルクリミッタが配設され、トルクリミッタは、ばね部材と、ステータを継手ハウジングに対しばね部材のばね力により相対回転できないように固定しかつ該ばね力に抗して該固定を解除することができるようステータと継手ハウジングとの間に配設されたドライブキーとを含み、
ばね部材の該ばね力は、ポンプからタービンを介してステータに伝えられる伝達トルクが所定値以上に増加すると、ドライブキーが該固定を解除するよう設定されている、
ことを特徴とする流体継手。 - 継手ハウジングに支持されかつ外側リング部材を含むワンウェイクラッチを備え、
ステータは、ワンウェイクラッチの外側リング部材の半径方向外側に同心に配置されたインナリングを含み、
トルクリミッタは、該外側リング部材の周方向に等間隔をおいて外周面から半径方向外方に延び出す複数のばね受け突起と、相互に周方向に対向するばね受け突起の各々間の周方向中央に該インナリングの軸線と平行な軸回りに回動可能に配設された該ドライブキーと、該ドライブキーの周方向両側に配置された一対の摺動部材と、該摺動部材の周方向側面のうち、該一対の摺動部材間に位置する該ドライブキーに対する側面とは反対側の側面とそれぞれ周方向に間隔をおいて対向するばね受け突起の周方向片面との間に配設された該ばね部材と、ステータのインナリングの内周面に周方向に等間隔をおいて形成された複数の溝とを備え、
該ドライブキーはステータのインナリングとワンウェイクラッチの外側リング部材との間において半径方向に直立した状態に保持され、ステータのインナリングの溝は、直立状態にある該ドライブキーの半径方向外側端面に係合され、
該伝達トルクが所定値以上に増加すると、ドライブキーが該ばね部材のばね力に抗して該軸回りに回動させられてインナリングの溝に対する係合が解除され、ステータはドライブキーに対して空転させられる、請求項1記載の流体継手。
