Abstract

본 고안은 자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치에 관한 것으로서, 시트 쿠션의 내부에 형성되어 있는 프레임의 앞쪽을 절단하고, 절단된 부위에 실린더를 부착하며, 상기 실린더의 앞쪽에 위치하도록 실린더의 피스톤에 전방으로 경사진 슬라이딩 판을 형성하며, 상기 경사판 위로 밀착되며 시트 쿠션에 양측면이 힌지로 고정되는 슬라이딩 판을 형성하여 자동차의 충돌과 동시에 상기 실린더의 피스톤이 당겨지고, 따라서 상기 경사판이 후방향으로 이동하게 됨으로써, 상기 슬라이딩 판이 상방향으로 회동하는 동시에 시트 쿠션의 앞쪽이 상방향으로 돌출하게 되어 승객이 앞으로 밀리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

Description

자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치
본 고안은 자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 자동차의 충돌과 동시에 시트 쿠션의 내부에 경사판이 실린더의 피스톤의 힘으로 상방향으로 이동하게 설치함으로써, 시트 쿠션의 앞쪽이 상기 경사판에 의하여 상방향으로 돌출되어 승객이 앞으로 밀리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치에 관한 것이다.
통상적으로 자동차의 시트에 승차한 승객은 자동차의 충돌시 전방으로 밀리게 되어 큰 상해를 입게 된다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 단점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서, 시트 쿠션의 내부에 형성되어 있는 프레임의 앞쪽을 절단하고, 절단된 부위에 실린더를 부착하며, 상기 실린더의 앞쪽에 위치하도록 실린더의 피스톤에 전방으로 경사진 슬라이딩 판을 형성하며, 상기 경사판 위로 밀착되며 시트 쿠션에 양측면이 힌지로 고정되는 슬라이딩 판을 형성하여 자동차의 충돌과 동시에 상기 실린더의 피스톤이 당겨지고, 따라서 상기 경사판이 후방향으로 이동하게 됨으로써, 상기 슬라이딩 판이 상방향으로 회동하는 동시에 시트 쿠션의 앞쪽이 상방향으로 돌출하게 되어 승객이 앞으로 밀리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.

이하 첨부 도면을 참조하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안에 따른 자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치에 있어서, 시트 쿠션(10)의 내부에 형성되어 있는 프레임(26)의 앞쪽을 절단하고, 내부에 전자석(18)과 스프링(20)이 내재된 실린더(12)를 구비하여, 상기 프레임(26)의 절단면에 부착하고, 상기 실린더(12)의 피스톤에 고정되도록 전방으로 경사진 경사판(14)을 형성하며, 상기 경사판(14)의 상부면에 밀착되는 동시에 시트 쿠션에 힌지(24)로 고정되는 슬라이딩 판(14)을 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
특히 상기 실린더(12) 내부에 내재된 전자석(18)에 에어백 센서(22)를 연결하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 고안을 좀 더 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부한 도 1은 본 고안에 따른 자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치의 설치 상태를 나타내는 사시도로서, 시트 쿠션의 내부에는 시트 쿠션(10)의 형상을 유지시켜 주는 프레임(26)이 양쪽에 형성되어 있으며, 이 프레임(26)의 앞쪽을 절단하여 절단면에 실린더(12)를 고정되게 설치하는 바, 실린더(12)의 후면이 고정도니다.
상기 실린더(12)의 내부에는 양쪽면에 전자석(18)이 내재되어 있고, 중간에는 스프링(20)이 내재되어 있다.
여기서 상기 실린더(12)의 피스톤의 끝에 고정되도록 성방향으로 경사진 경사판(14)을 양쪽에 형성한다.
또한 상기 경사판(14)의 상부면에 밀착되는 동시에 시트 쿠션(10)에 양측면에 힌지(24)로 연결되는 슬라이딩 판(14)을 형성한다.
한편 상기 실린더(12)의 내부에 내재된 전자석(18)에는 에어백 센서(22)가 연결된다.
따라서 자동차의 충돌과 동시에 상기 에어백 센서(22)에서 상기 실린더(12)의 작동 신호를 보내게 되고, 실린더(12)의 피스톤이 순간적으로 전자석(18)의 자장의 힘으로 당겨지게 되어, 동시에 상기 경사판(16)이 후방으로 당겨지게 되는 바, 상기 경사판(16)에 말착되어 있던 슬라이딩 판(14)이 상방향으로 회동을 하게 된다.
이에 따라 상기 상방향으로 회동하는 슬라이딩 판(14)에 의하여 시트 쿠션(10)의 앞쪽이 상방향으로 돌출됨으로써, 승객이 앞으로 밀리는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
이상 상술한 바와 같이 본 고안에 따른 자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치에 의하면 자동차의 충돌과 동시에 시트 쿠션의 앞쪽이 상방향으로 돌출되어 승객이 전방으로 밀리는 것을 방지하여 상해치를 줄일 수 있는 잇점이 있다.

  1. 자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치에 있어서, 시트 쿠션(10)의 내부에 형성되어 있는 프레임(26)의 앞쪽을 절단하고, 내부에 전자석(18)과 스프링(20)이 내재된 실린더(12)를 구비하여, 상기 프레임(26)의 절단면에 부착하고, 상기 실린더(12)의 피스톤에 고정되도록 전방으로 경사진 경사판(14)을 형성하며, 상기 경사판(14)의 상부면에 밀착되는 동시에 시트 쿠션에 힌지(24)로 고정되는 슬라이딩 판(14)을 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(12) 내부에 내재된 전자석(18)에 에어백 센서(22)를 연결하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트 쿠션의 충격 완충 장치.
