Claims (7)
- 기재 및 다공성 지지층을 포함하는 지지막과, 가교 방향족 폴리아미드를 50질량% 이상 함유하고, 상기 다공성 지지층 상에 배치된 분리 기능층을 구비하고,
상기 분리 기능층은 술포기를 7.0×10-5 내지 5.0×10-2g/㎡ 포함하고, 또한 하기 식 1로 표시되는 구조를 포함하는,
복합 반투막.
(단, R1은 수소 원자 또는 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 탄화수소, R2 내지 R5는 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 탄화수소이며, Ar1 내지 Ar3은 치환기를 갖고 있어도 되는 탄소수 6 내지 14의 방향족환이며, R1, Ar1, Ar2, Ar3의 적어도 하나가 술포기를 갖는다.) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리 기능층은, 주름상의 박막을 갖고,
상기 박막의 두께의 평균값이 10 내지 20㎚이며,
러더포드 후방 산란 분광법(RBS)으로 측정되는 상기 분리 기능층의 질소 원자 면밀도가 4.0×1020 내지 1.2×1021개/㎡인,
복합 반투막. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분리 기능층 중에 하기 식 2로 표시되는 구조를 갖는 화합물이 존재하는,
복합 반투막.
(단, X, Y는 질소 원자, 산소 원자, 탄화수소의 어느 것이며, R6은 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 탄화수소이며, R7은 탄소수 2 내지 4의 탄화수소이다.) - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식 1의 R1이 술포기를 적어도 하나 갖는 탄소수 1 또는 2의 탄화수소인, 복합 반투막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식 1의 Ar2가 술포기를 적어도 하나 갖는 탄소수 6 내지 14의 방향족환인, 복합 반투막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분리 기능층에 있어서의 C/D가 3 내지 10인,
복합 반투막.
A: X선 광전자 분광법(XPS)에 의해 측정되는 술포기 유래의 황 원자수
B: XPS에 의해 측정되는 전체 질소 원자수
C: 상기 복합 반투막에 있어서 상기 분리 기능층 표면에서 측정되는 A/B
D: 상기 복합 반투막으로부터 추출된 상기 분리 기능층의 분체를 성형하여 얻어지는 고체에 대하여 측정되는 A/B - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분리 기능층의 pH3에 있어서의 제타 전위가 -5mV 이하인,
