도 15a는 플롯 A 상의 미가공 면 원사 및 이온성 액체에 완전하게 용해된 미가공 면 원사 기재로부터 재구성된 면 원사에 대한 x-선 회절 데이터를 제공한다.
도 15b는 도 15a의 플롯 A에 도시된 동일한 미가공 면 원사 기재로부터 생산된 세 가지 상이한 용접된 원사 기재에 대한 x-선 회절 데이터를 제공한다.
Claims (20)
- a. 섬유질 물질로 이루어진 기재를 제공하는 단계;
b. 상기 섬유질 물질로 이루어진 기재와 상호작용하는 공정 용매를 선택하는 단계로서, 상기 공정 용매는 상기 섬유질 물질로 이루어진 기재 내에 적어도 하나의 폴리머를 팽윤 및 연화하고, 상기 공정 용매는 이온성 액체 1 몰당 극성 비양성자성 분자 첨가제 1몰 미만의 몰비의 극성 비양성자성 분자 첨가제를 포함하는, 상기 선택하는 단계;
c. 상기 섬유질 물질로 이루어진 기재에 상기 공정 용매를 적용하여 공정 습윤화 기재를 생성하는 단계;
d. 적어도 상기 공정 용매가 상기 공정 습윤화 기재와 상호작용하는 온도와 압력, 및 이의 지속기간을 제어하는 단계로서, 상기 지속기간은 5초 내지 15초인, 상기 제어하는 단계; 및,
e. 상기 섬유질 물질의 원상태 셀룰로스 I 구조의 부분이 보존되도록 재구성 용매를 상기 공정 습윤화 기재에 적용하여 용접된 기재를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 섬유질 물질을 결합시키는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 섬유질 물질은 면으로 추가로 정의되는, 섬유질 물질을 결합시키는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 공정 용매는 이온성 액체를 포함하는 것으로 추가로 정의되는, 섬유질 물질을 결합시키는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 공정 용매는 디메틸 설폭사이드를 포함하는, 섬유질 물질을 결합시키는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 압력은 주위 압력으로 추가로 정의되는, 섬유질 물질을 결합시키는 방법. - 삭제

상기 지속기간이 5초 내지 9초인, 섬유질 물질을 결합시키는 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
