Abstract

一种新型的伤口渗液吸收材料属于人类生活需要的医用产品,由高吸水性的聚合物和基材组成,高吸水性的聚合物颗粒均匀分散于基材中。本发明提供的材料吸收渗液的速度较快,吸收渗液的容量较大,提高了敷料的安全性,减少了敷料的更换次数;吸收渗液后,吸收垫不会破碎,掉纤维而污染伤口;具有较好的透湿,透气性能,同时能保证伤口创面干燥,有较好的社会效益。

Description

一种新型的伤口渗液吸收材料
                           技术领域
本发明属于人类生活需要的医用产品,具体地说涉及一种新型的伤口渗液吸收材料。
                           背景技术
手术后的伤口中首先会出现血液及其他渗出物,然后伤口中会有肉芽组织的增生以及表皮细胞的移行,接着伤口逐渐缩小,最后伤口处形成瘢痕,伤口最终愈合。为了促进伤口的愈合,人们用敷料来覆盖伤口。首先敷料能够吸收伤口中的渗出液,避免伤口被浸渍;其次敷料能够将外界的细菌以及污物隔离开来,避免伤口被污染;同时敷料能给伤口提供保护,避免伤口受外界的物理损伤。
纱布作为一种传统敷料在医院中仍被广泛用来护理术后伤口。这种敷料价格较低,因而被广泛采用,但这种敷料的缺点是对伤口的渗出液的吸收能力较差,使用前要消毒灭菌,使用时要裁剪,使用不方便。现在术后伤口一次性敷料也大都由纱布或无纺布加工而成,虽然使用起来较纱布方便,但其渗液吸收能力也有限;特别是对感染伤口,吸收能力不能满足要求。
水胶体敷料是将凝胶化物质分散于弹性基质中,当凝胶化物质吸收渗液后则形成凝胶。水胶体敷料价格较高,使用水胶体敷料护理伤口,伤口有被渗液浸渍的危险。同时也不方便观察伤口愈合状况;敷料去除后,会有残胶留在伤口上。
为了吸收伤口中的渗出液,人们采用了很多方法来处理伤口中的渗液,纱布、棉花、毛织品、吸水纸都被用来作为吸收材料,如中国专利93208962.3号中采用绒毛层作为渗液的吸收主体,但绒毛层对渗液的吸收容量有限;中国专利92222516.8号中则采用脱脂棉作为吸收材料,脱脂棉不仅对渗液的吸收能力有限,而且需消耗大量的自然资源;中国专利90200020号中采用卫生纸层为渗液吸收主体,而卫生纸吸收渗液后容易破碎、掉纤维。
                         发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种能改善以上渗液吸收材料缺点,具有较好渗液吸收能力并且吸收渗液后不会破碎的新型伤口渗液吸收材料。
一种新型的伤口渗液吸收材料,其特征在于由高吸水性的聚合物和基材组成,高吸水性的聚合物颗粒均匀分散于基材中。
由于这种新型的伤口渗液吸收材料中含有高吸水性的聚合物粒子,因此具有以下优点:
(1)吸收渗液的速度较快;当伤口中在短时间内出现大量渗液时,吸收材料可迅速吸收渗液,保证伤口不被渗液浸渍;
(2)吸收渗液的容量较大;即使伤口中渗出物较多,渗液也不会浸透整层敷料,提高了敷料的安全性,减少了敷料的更换次数。
(3)吸收渗液后,吸收垫不会破碎,掉纤维而污染伤口。
(4)具有较好的透湿,透气性能。
(5)吸收渗液后,吸收垫仍能保持干爽,保证伤口创面
   干燥。
采用这种新型吸收材料的伤口敷料,可以降低病人的医疗费用。同时采用这种新型的伤口敷料,可以减少对棉花和纸浆等自然资源的消耗,又具有较好的社会效益。
                     具体实施方式
一种新型的伤口渗液吸收材料,其特征在于由高吸水性的聚合物和基材组成,高吸水性的聚合物粒子均匀分散于基材中。
高吸水性的聚合物可以是藻酸盐或羧甲基纤维素纳或羧乙基纤维素纳或丙烯酸酯类。
基材可以是粘胶短纤维或涤纶短纤维或丙纶短纤维或纸浆,或以上两种或多种基材材料的混合体。
加工过程是将高吸水的聚合物粒子与基材材料充分混合,然后经过加工而成。
本发明提供的吸收材料可用于医用敷料,还可用于卫生巾、尿垫等产品。

Claims (5)

1、一种新型的伤口渗液吸收材料,其特征在于由高吸水性的聚合物和基材组成,高吸水性的聚合物粒子均匀分散于基材中。
2、如权利要求1所述的新型的伤口渗液吸收材料,其特征在于高吸水性的聚合物是藻酸盐。
3、如权利要求1所述的新型的伤口渗液吸收材料,其特征在于高吸水性的聚合物是羧甲基纤维素纳。
4、如权利要求1所述的新型的伤口渗液吸收材料,其特征在于高吸水性的聚合物是羧乙基纤维素纳。
5、如权利要求1所述的新型的伤口渗液吸收材料,其特征在于高吸水性的聚合物是丙烯酸酯类。
