실시예 2를 통하여 소비자 선호도가 가장 높았던 조합향료 3을 흡입시에 인간의 뇌 활동에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알기 위하여 뇌파(Electroencephalogram, EEG)를 측정하였다. 뇌파측정은 최대한 잡음이 혼입되지 않은 온도 23℃, 습도 50%가 유지되는 32.4 m2 크기의 실험실에서 남녀 각각 10명씩 총 20명의 피험자를 대상으로 수행하였다.
