[Test Example 1] Sensory evaluation of odor

In order to check whether the fragrance of the liquid fragrance composition containing the cornflower extract according to Examples 1 to 4 is excellent, 10 men and women who thought they were sensitive to fragrance were selected and sensory evaluation was performed. For sensory evaluation, the liquid perfume of Example 1 was put in an uncontaminated panel room with a width of 3 m, a length of 3 m, and a height of 2 m, and after 24 hours had elapsed, 10 male and female sensory evaluators were placed in the panel room. [Test Example 2] Measurement of physiological/psychological effects of liquid perfume composition

In order to objectively evaluate the physiological/psychological effects of the perfume composition, a liquid perfume composition was provided, and brain waves (EEG) of the central nervous system were measured. The specific method is as follows.

1. Subject

The subjects were 20 women in their 20s and 30s who were healthy, not currently taking drugs, and were not drunken.

On the day before the experiment, excessive exercise or excessive drinking was to be avoided, and on the day of the experiment, smoking, drinks, drugs, and chewing gum, which could affect the central nervous system and the sense of smell, were to be avoided. 2. Experimental sample

Examples 1 to 4, which are liquid perfume compositions according to Table 1, were used as test samples, and Comparative Example 1 was used as a control group. Physiological responses were measured while subjects sniffed the scent provided during the experiment.

3. Experimental conditions

The experiment was carried out in the olfactory laboratory (4.8 m×3 m×2.4 m), and there are intake and exhaust facilities for the purpose of reducing olfactory adaptation inside. A soundproofing device is installed to exclude During the experiment, the internal temperature (25°C), humidity (40-50%), and illuminance (150-200 Lx) were kept constant. 4. How to measure

Electroencephalography (GRASS, USA) is attached to the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, and occipital lobe according to the international 10-20 electrode arrangement method, and GRASS (USA) equipment, MP 100 system (USA), Acknowledge program ( USA) was used. The resistance between each measurement site was set to 10 kΩ or less, and the sampling rate was set to 512 Hz.

5. Experimental method

A fragrance was provided while the subject closed their eyes, and physiological signals were measured while smelling the fragrance. The incense container was placed at a distance of 1-2 cm under the nose and provided for 1 minute. In order to exclude the effect of order on fragrance, the order of fragrance provision was randomized to each subject.

6. Analysis method

In the experiment, a total of 20 female subjects were measured and data were analyzed. After the EEG was analyzed as a power spectrum by the FFT method, α/(α+β+θ+δ) and β/(α+β+θ+δ) were calculated according to the frequency band.

7. Experimental results

The ratio of relative alpha and relative beta waves was analyzed by measuring the central nervous response according to scent with EEG. 1 is a result of analyzing the relative alpha wave ratio after use of the perfume composition of the present specification.

According to the results of FIG. 1 , the Example showed a higher ratio of alpha waves during sedation/relaxation than the Comparative Example.

Alpha waves are brain waves that appear when a person is in a comfortable state, and a high ratio indicates that the subject is comfortable accepting the suggested scent, and scents with high alpha waves activated make the human body feel relaxed, calm, and comfortable.

According to the results of FIG. 2 , the ratio of the relative beta wave was decreased when the Example was presented rather than the Comparative Example. Beta wave is an EEG that appears when anxious or nervous, and a high ratio means that the test subject is in a tense or awake state. Preparation examples can support that there is a relaxing effect.

Therefore, it was confirmed that the perfume composition comprising the extract of cornflower hydrangea according to the present specification exhibits the effect of increasing the alpha wave and decreasing the beta wave of the subject, thereby relieving stress and improving psychological stability. A bath agent was prepared by a conventional method in the art with an amount according to Table 8 below.
