3-2. Effect of active oxygen scavenging (NBT method)
In order to measure the active oxygen scavenging effect of the mixed extracts of white porcine, obtusa, and Shiho of the present invention, a known method (Aruoma OI, Murcia A, Butler J, Halliwell B, Evaluation of the antioxidant and proxidant actions of gallic acid and its derivatives.
