Claims (10)
- 분산상(A상)과 연속상(B상)을 갖고, 「측정 조건 3」에서 측정되는 탄성률상에 있어서, 상기 A상에 있어서의 탄성률이 0.4㎬ 이상이고, 상기 B상에 있어서의 탄성률이 0.2㎬ 이하이고, 「측정 조건 4」에서 측정되는 상기 A상의 평균 직경이 50㎚ 이상인 그래프트 공중합체.
「측정 조건 3」
그래프트 공중합체의 입자를 캡슐에 취하여, 상온 경화형 에폭시 수지를 주입하고, 25℃에서 12시간 방치하고, 경화시켜서, 얻어지는 수지편을, 울트라 마이크로톰(상품명 「Leica EM UC7」, 레이카 마이크로 시스템즈(주)제)에 의해, 유리 나이프를 사용해서, 상온에서 면출한 것을 샘플 1로서 사용한다. 샘플 1을 주사형 프로브 현미경(Veeco Instruments, Inc제)에 의해, 스캔 범위 한 변이 1㎛인 사각형의 조건에서, 입자의 탄성률상을 취득한다.
해당 입자의 탄성률상에 있어서, 해당 입자에 내접하는 직사각형 영역의 탄성률의 히스토그램을 취득하고, 해당 히스토그램의 가우스 곡선의 피크 톱을 상기 B상의 탄성률로 하고, 해당 입자 중에 있어서 0.20㎬ 이상의 탄성률을 갖는 영역에 내포되는 한 변이 50㎚인 사각형 이상의 크기의 영역에 있어서도 탄성률의 히스토그램을 취득하고, 해당 히스토그램의 가우스 곡선의 피크 톱을 상기 A상의 탄성률로 한다.
「측정 조건 4」
측정 조건 3에서 얻어진 수지편을 상기 울트라 마이크로톰에 의해, 다이아몬드 나이프를 사용해서, 상온에서 면출 및 트리밍하고, 추가로 박편 두께 50㎚의 조건에서 절편을 잘라내어, 지지막을 갖는 그리드 상으로 회수한 것을 샘플 2로서 사용한다. 샘플 2를 투과형 전자 현미경(「상품명 「H-7600」, 히타치(주)제)에 설치하고, 가속 전압 80㎸, 배율 20만배의 조건에서, 입자상을 취득한다. 취득한 입자상에 대해서, 화상 해석 소프트웨어(상품명 「Image-Pro(등록상표) Plus」, (주)닛폰 로퍼제)를 사용해서, 배경의 휘도 불균일의 평탄화, 노이즈의 제거, 에지의 강조, 2치화를 행한다. 취득한 입자상에서 명 콘트라스트로 보였던 상을 2치화에 의해 추출하고, 1 입자상 내에 시인할 수 있는 직경이 큰 상으로부터 10점까지 선택하고, 그 평균 직경을 구한다. 추가로, 입자 10점의 평균 직경에 대해서 평균값을 구하고, 그 평균값을 A상의 평균 직경으로 한다. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A상이 그래프트 공중합체의 1입자 중에 2개 이상 포함되는 그래프트 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A상의 평균 직경이 60㎚ 이상인 그래프트 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A상이 방향족 비닐 중합체를 포함하는 상인 그래프트 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 B상이 폴리오르가노실록산을 포함하는 상인 그래프트 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그래프트 공중합체의 질량 평균 입자경이 300 내지 2000㎚인 그래프트 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 그래프트 공중합체와 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지와 그래프트 공중합체의 합계 100질량% 중 상기 그래프트 공중합체의 함유량이 0.5 내지 50질량%인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리카르보네이트 수지인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제7항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 성형체.
