Claims (10)
- 타이어 트레드의 둘레를 따라 원주 방향으로 연장 형성된 그루브부; 및
상기 그루브부의 바닥면 및 측면에 형성된 널링부를 포함하며,
상기 널링부는, 상기 그루브부와 지면이 접할 때 형성되는 공기의 통로를 좁게하여 소음 에너지를 감소시키도록 마련되고,
상기 널링부는 복수개로 마련되며,
복수의 상기 널링부는 상기 그루브부의 길이 방향을 따라 지그재그 형상으로 형성되며, 상호 연장 또는 이격되어 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감형 메인그루브를 갖는 타이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 널링부는,
상기 그루브부의 바닥면에 형성되며 상기 그루브부의 폭 방향으로 연장된 제1 돌기부;
상기 그루브부의 일측면의 높이 방향으로 연장 형성되며, 상기 제1 돌기부의 일측으로부터 연장된 제2 돌기부; 및
상기 그루브부의 타측면의 높이 방향으로 연장 형성되며, 상기 제1 돌기부의 타측으로부터 연장된 제3 돌기부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감형 메인그루브를 갖는 타이어.
- 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 돌기부는 일측이 상기 제1 돌기부와 연장되고 타측이 인접한 널링부의 제2 돌기부와 연장되도록 마련되며,
상기 제3 돌기부는 일측이 상기 제1 돌기부와 연장되고 타측이 인접한 널링부의 제3 돌기부와 연장되도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감형 메인그루브를 갖는 타이어.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 널링부의 돌출 높이는 0 초과 0.8mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감형 메인그루브를 갖는 타이어.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 돌기부 및 상기 제3 돌기부는 상부로 올라갈수록 점차 돌출 높이가 감소하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감형 메인그루브를 갖는 타이어.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 널링부의 두께는 0.6mm 내지 1.2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감형 메인그루브를 갖는 타이어.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 돌기부와 상기 제2 돌기부의 연결 부분과 상기 제1 돌기부와 상기 제3 돌기부의 연결 부분의 곡률(radius)은 완전곡률(full Radius) 내지 2.5mm가 되도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감형 메인그루브를 갖는 타이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 널링부는 피치(pitch) 간격이 10mm 내지 30mm가 되도록 지그재그 형태로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감형 메인그루브를 갖는 타이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 그루브부 및 상기 널링부를 포함하는 소음 저감형 메인그루브는 복수개로 마련되며,
각각의 상기 소음 저감형 메인그루브의 상기 널링부의 돌출 높이, 두께, 곡률은 상기 그루브부의 형상과 대응되도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감형 메인그루브를 갖는 타이어.
