Abstract
본 발명의 카카오닙스를 포함하는 건강 증진용 환의 제조방법은, 헛개나무 열매를 발효한 후, 이를 추출한 다음 건조하여 헛개나무 열매 발효추출물을 제조하는 제1단계, 구기자나무 열매를 물로 추출한 다음 건조하여 구기자나무 열매추출물을 제조하는 제2단계, 카카오닙스를 증자시킨 다음 이를 발효한 후, 이를 추출한 후 건조하여 카카오닙스 발효추출물을 제조하는 제3단계, 칡뿌리, 생강, 대추, 감초를 분말화하여 혼합분말을 제조하는 제4단계 및, 상기 제1단계의 헛개나무 열매 발효추출물, 상기 제2단계의 구기자나무 열매추출물, 상기 제3단계의 카카오닙스 발효추출물, 상기 제4단계의 혼합분말, 꿀 및 찹쌀풀을 혼합반죽한 후, 환의 형태로 성형한 다음, 이를 건조하여 건강 증진용 환을 제조하는 제5단계를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
본 발명에 의해, 기호성이 우수하고 변질될 우려가 적어 장기간 보관이 가능하고 누구나 쉽게 복용할 수 있도록 한 건강 증진용 환 및 이의 제조방법이 제공된다.

Claims (5)
- 헛개나무 열매를 바실러스 아밀로리퀘페시언스 배양액 70~85 중량%, 미세결정셀룰로오스 10~20 중량% 및 덱스트린 1~10 중량%로 이루어진 혼합액에 침지시켜 20~30℃에서 30~60일동안 발효한 후, 이를 추출한 다음 건조하여 헛개나무 열매 발효추출물을 제조하는 제1단계;
구기자나무 열매 30g당 250~1000㎖의 물을 넣고 추출한 다음 건조하여 구기자나무 열매추출물을 제조하는 제2단계;
카카오닙스를 80~125℃에서 100~150분동안 증자시킨 다음 이를 바실러스 아밀로리퀘페시언스 배양액 70~85 중량%, 미세결정셀룰로오스 10~20 중량% 및 덱스트린 1~10 중량%로 이루어진 혼합액에 침지시켜 20~30℃에서 2~5일동안 발효한 후, 이를 추출한 후 건조하여 카카오닙스 발효추출물을 제조하는 제3단계;
칡뿌리, 생강, 대추, 감초를 90~100 mesh의 입자크기를 갖는 분말형태로 제조한 후, 동량 혼합하여 혼합분말을 제조하는 제4단계 및,
상기 제1단계의 헛개나무 열매 발효추출물 30~40 중량%, 상기 제2단계의 구기자나무 열매추출물 15~25 중량%, 상기 제3단계의 카카오닙스 발효추출물 15~25중량%, 상기 제4단계의 혼합분말 20~25 중량%, 꿀 5~10 중량% 및 찹쌀풀 1~5 중량%로 이루어지도록 혼합반죽한 후, 환의 형태로 성형한 다음, 이를 40~45℃에서 20~24시간동안 건조하여 건강 증진용 환을 제조하는 제5단계;를 포함하는,
