Description
도 3의 (a) 내지 (d)는 본 발명의 실시예 1에서, 인산리튬(도 3의 (a)), 인산리튬 및 황산마그네슘을 포함하는 혼합물(도 3의 (b)), 열처리 후 생성물(도 3의 (c)), 상기 생성물을 물과 교반 후 고액분리한 고상(도 3의 (d))의 XRD 분석 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4의 (a) 내지 (e)는 본 발명의 실시예 2(도 4의 (a)), 실시예 3(도 4의 (b)), 실시예 4(도 4의 (c)), 실시예 5(도 4의 (d)), 실시예 6(도 4의 (e))에서, 열처리 후 생성물의 XRD 분석 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5는 인산리튬과 황산칼슘수화물, 황산마그네슘 및 황산과의 반응에 대한 반응열역학 에너지를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (9)
- (a) 리튬 용액에 인산 함유물질을 첨가하여 얻어진 인산리튬과 황산염을 혼합하고 400 ℃ 내지 650 ℃의 온도에서 건식 반응시키는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 반응으로 생성된 수용성 리튬-황 화합물을 물에 용해시키는 단계;를 포함하는, 인산리튬으로부터 고농도 황산리튬 용액 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계의 리튬 용액은,
해수, 염수, 폐수, 간수, 리튬함유 전극 침출액, 리튬 광석 침출액 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군 중 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는, 인산리튬으로부터 고농도 황산리튬 용액 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계의 인산 함유물질은,
인산나트륨, 인산수소나트륨, 인산칼륨, 인산수소칼륨, 인산 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군 중 선택된 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인산리튬으로부터 고농도 황산리튬 용액 제조방법.

상기 (a) 단계의 혼합은,
인산리튬 분말 및 황산염 분말이 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인산리튬으로부터 고농도 황산리튬 용액 제조방법.

상기 (b) 단계에서 불용성 생성물을 분리 재처리하여, (a) 단계에서 재사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인산리튬으로부터 고농도 황산리튬 용액 제조방법.
- (i) 고상 인산리튬과 고상 황산염을 혼합하고 400 ℃ 내지 650 ℃의 온도에서 소성하는 단계;를 포함하는, 고농도 황산리튬 수용액 제조를 위한 인산리튬 처리방법.
