Abstract
Description
도 2는 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 WiKim33에 특이적인 본 발명의 프라이머 세트를 이용한 PCR 수행 결과를 나타낸 것으로, 585bp, 703bp, 884bp, 1217bp의 PCR product를 확인하였다.
도 3은 본 발명의 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 WiKim33을 특이적으로 검출하는지 확인하기 위하여, 타 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 균주들을 이용하여 PCR을 수행한 결과이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 WiKim33을 종균으로 사용하여 제조된 김치 내 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 WiKim33를 검출한 결과를 나타낸 것으로, 김치는 6.5℃에서 12주간 발효하면서 김치 내 종균으로 사용한 WiKim33 존재 여부를 검증한 결과이다.

상기 SEQ ID NO: 7 및 8의 염기서열로 이루어지는 프라이머 쌍은 SEQ ID NO: 12의 염기서열로 이루어지는 유전자를 특이적으로 검출하는 것인 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 WiKim33(Leuconostoc mesenteroides WiKim33; 수탁번호 KFCC11640P)의 검출용 프라이머 세트. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 WiKim33(Leuconostoc mesenteroides WiKim33; 수탁번호 KFCC11640P)의 검출용 조성물.
- 시료로부터 추출한 플라스미드 DNA를 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 PCR을 수행하고 PCR 산물을 분석하는 단계를 포함하는 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 WiKim33(Leuconostoc mesenteroides WiKim33; 수탁번호 KFCC11640P)의 검출 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
SEQ ID NO: 1 및 2의 염기서열로 이루어지는 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 585 bp의 PCR 산물이 증폭되거나;
SEQ ID NO: 3 및 4의 염기서열로 이루어지는 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 703 bp의 PCR 산물이 증폭되거나;
SEQ ID NO: 5 및 6의 염기서열로 이루어지는 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 884 bp의 PCR 산물이 증폭되거나; 또는
SEQ ID NO: 7 및 8의 염기서열로 이루어지는 프라이머 세트를 이용하여 1,217 bp의 PCR 산물이 증폭되는 경우, 시료 내 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 WiKim33(Leuconostoc mesenteroides WiKim33; 수탁번호 KFCC11640P)가 함유된 것으로 결정하는 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 WiKim33(Leuconostoc mesenteroides WiKim33; 수탁번호 KFCC11640P)의 검출 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 프라이머 세트와 이의 PCR 반응 혼합물을 포함하는 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 WiKim33(Leuconostoc mesenteroides WiKim33; 수탁번호 KFCC11640P)의 검출용 PCR 키트.
- 제6항에 있어서,
PCR 반응 혼합물은 dNTP, DNA 폴리머라아제 및 버퍼를 포함하는 류코노스톡 메센테로이드 WiKim33(Leuconostoc mesenteroides WiKim33; 수탁번호 KFCC11640P)의 검출용 PCR 키트.
