도 2는 여러 가지 당류와 흑미강/상황버섯균사(발효)/생물전환산물의 다당체 분획분말에 대한 HPLC 분석 결과로서, 도 2a는 글루코스, 도 2b는 메시마캅셀550, 도 2C는 흑미강/상황버섯균사(발효)/생물전환산물의 다당체분획분말에 대한 HPLC 분석 결과이다.

Claims (14)
- (a) 흑미를 액상으로 배양·발효배지화 하는 단계
(b) 상기 (a)단계의 배양·발효배지화 한 액상흑미배지에 담자균류균사를 접종하여 배양하는 단계
(c) 상기 (b)단계의 배양공정에 의해 생산된 배양물로부터 생물전환공정을 통해 간 보호 및 간기능 개선 효능을 향상시킨 생물전환산물을 생산하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간 보호 및 간기능 개선 생리활성물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (c)단계의 생물전환산물은 면역활성을 갖는 고분자성 다당체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기(a)단계의 흑미의 배양·발효배지화는 흑미를 분말화
한 흑미분말 또는 흑미의 도정과정에서 나오는 흑미강에 전분분해효소 및 단백질분해효소로 처리한 후 멸균처리하여 액상흑미배지로 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 흑미분말 또는 흑미강에 대두분말을 추가하여 액상흑미배지를 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (b)단계의 담자균류 균사는 상황버섯, 차가버섯, 표고버섯, 잎새버섯, 목이버섯, 눈꽃송이버섯 및 치마버섯 으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 담자균류의 균사로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기(b)단계의 배양공정은 회분식 배양공정과 함께 잔류 배지성분의 농도가 일정농도 이하로 고갈되는 시점에서 흑미배지를 추가로 첨가하여 배양하는 유가식 배양공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (c)단계의 생물전환공정은 열수추출 후 효소처리에 의한 생물전환공정 및 열수추출 후 미생물발효에 의한 생물전환공정인 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 효소처리는 세포벽 구성성분을 분해할 수 있는 섬유소분해효소에 의한 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 섬유소분해효소는 셀룰라제, 헤미셀룰라제 및 글루카나제로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 미생물발효에 의한 생물전환공정에서의 미생물은 섬유소분해효소를 생성할 수 있는 미생물에 의한 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 섬유소분해효소를 생성할 수 있는 미생물로는 유산균, 바실러스균, 효모균, 아스퍼질러스 및 트리코더마 리제이로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 다당체는 (c)단계의 생물전환공정을 거친 배양액에서 불용성 잔사를 제거한 상등액에 에탄올 첨가하여 침전을 유도하여 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 간 보호 및 간기능 개선 생리활성물질.
- 제 13 항의 생리활성물질을 포함하는 건강식품 조성물.
