Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 원리에 따른 편광체의 제조 방법을 개략적으로 도시한다.
도 2는 실시예 2 및 3에서 논의되는 샘플 5 내지 8의 흡수 스펙트럼을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3은 냉음극형광관(CCFT)의 표준 스펙트럼을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 원리에 따라 제조된 샘플 편광체에 대한 투광률을 편광체를 가로지르는 위치의 함수로서 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5는 여러 가지 조건하에 전환시킨 편광체에 대한 편광체 중 빛의 흡광도를 파장의 함수로서 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6은 여러 가지 조건하에 전환시킨 여러 편광체에 대한 투광도를 단일 편광체층을 통과하는 파장의 함수로서 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 7은 여러 가지 조건하에 전환시킨 여러 편광체에 대해 1쌍의 교차 편광체를 통과하는 투광도를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 8은 도 3에 나타낸 방출 스펙트럼을 갖는 CCFT 광원으로부터 나오는 빛에 대한, 도 7의 교차 편광체를 통과하는 투과도를 나타내는 그래프이며, 이 그래프는 육안으로 반응할 수 있도록 명소시(明所視)적으로 보정되었다.
도 9는 편광체의 b* 색좌표의 값 및 최고 흡광도의 값을 전환 온도의 함수로서 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 10은 서로 다른 4종의 편광체 시트에 대한 단일 편광체 시트에서의 흡광도를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 11은 서로 다른 4종의 편광체 시트에 대한 1쌍의 교차 편광체 시트에서의 흡광도를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 12는 도 3에 나타낸 방출 스펙트럼을 갖는 CCFT 광원으로부터 나오는 빛에 대한, 서로 다른 4종의 편광체를 통과하는 교차 투과도를 나타내는 그래프이며, 이 그래프는 육안으로 반응할 수 있도록 명소시적으로 보정되었다.
Claims (13)
- 비닐렌 중합체 블록을 함유하는 PVA(폴리(비닐 알코올))형 매트릭스 시트를 포함하며, 이 시트는 통과 편광축 및 이에 수직인 장애 편광축을 한정하고, 통과 편광축에 평행한 전기 벡터를 갖는 빛은 실질적으로 시트를 투과하고, 장애 편광축에 평행한 전기 벡터를 갖는 빛은 비닐렌 중합체 블록에 의해 실질적으로 흡수되고, 상기 시트의, 장애 편광축과 평행하게 편광된 400 nm의 빛에 대한 고유 흡광도에 대한 장애 편광축과 평행하게 편광된 550 nm의 빛에 대한 고유 흡광도의 비율인 R은 2 미만이며, 편광 효율비는 99%를 초과하고, 시트의 2색성 비율이 100을 초과하는 고유 편광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비편광 빛이 시트를 투과하는 평균 투광률(Kv)이 42%를 초과하는 편광체.
- 삭제
- 비닐렌 중합체 블록을 함유하는 PVA형 매트릭스 시트를 포함하며, 이 시트는 통과 편광축 및 이에 수직인 장애 편광축을 한정하고, 통과 편광축에 평행한 전기 벡터를 갖는 빛은 실질적으로 시트를 투과하고, 장애 편광축에 평행한 전기 벡터를 갖는 빛은 비닐렌 중합체 블록에 의해 실질적으로 흡수되고, 상기 시트는, 동일한 시트를 교차시키고 냉음극형광관(CCFT) 광원으로 조명할 때 시트가 2 미만의 크기를 갖는 CIELAB 색계에서의 a* 좌표 및 2 미만의 크기를 갖는 CIELAB 색계에서의 b* 좌표를 갖는 빛을 투과시키도록 하는 고유 흡수 스펙트럼을 갖는 고유 편광체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 투과된 빛의 CIELAB 색계에서의 a*값이 1 미만의 크기를 갖고, CIELAB 색계에서의 b*값이 1 미만의 크기를 갖는 편광체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 비편광 빛이 시트를 투과하는 평균 투광률(Kv)이 42%를 초과하는 편광체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 시트의 편광 2색성 비율이 100을 초과하는 편광체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 시트의 2색성 비율이 110을 초과하는 편광체.
- 비닐렌 중합체 블록을 함유하는 PVA형 매트릭스 시트를 포함하며, 이 시트는 통과 편광축 및 이에 수직인 장애 편광축을 한정하고, 통과 편광축에 평행한 전기 벡터를 갖는 빛은 실질적으로 시트를 투과하고, 장애 편광축에 평행한 전기 벡터를 갖는 빛은 비닐렌 중합체 블록에 의해 실질적으로 흡수되고, 시트의 2색성 비율은 100을 초과하는 고유 편광체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 2색성 비율이 110을 초과하는 편광체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 비편광 빛이 시트를 투과하는 평균 투광률(Kv)이 42%를 초과하는 편광체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 시트의, 장애 편광축과 평행하게 편광된 400 nm의 빛에 대한 흡광도에 대한 장애 편광축과 평행하게 편광된 550 nm의 빛에 대한 흡광도의 비율인 R이 2 미만의 값을 나타내는 편광체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 시트의 편광 효율이 99%를 초과하는 편광체.
