Claims (9)
- 염색 단계, 가교 단계, 연신 단계, 건조 단계로 이루어지는 PVA 필름 편광소자 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 염색 단계, 가교 단계, 연신 단계 중 하나 이상의 단계에 인산, 제 1 인산 칼륨, 제2 인산 칼륨, 제2인산 마그네슘, 제1인산 나트륨 또는 제1 인산 암모늄으로부터 선택되는 인을 함유한 첨가제를 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 우수한 PVA 필름 편광 소자 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인을 함유한 첨가제의 함량은 첨가되는 용액의 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.01중량% ~ 15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 우수한 PVA 필름 편광소자의 제조방법.
- 상기 제1항 또는 제3항의 방법으로 제조되며, 인을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 우수한 PVA 필름 편광 소자.
- 염색 단계, 가교 단계, 연신 단계, 건조 단계, 보호 필름 부착 단계로 이루어진 PVA 필름 편광판 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 염색 단계, 가교 단계, 연신 단계 중 하나 이상의 단계에 인산, 제 1 인산 칼륨, 제2 인산 칼륨, 제2인산 마그네슘, 제1인산 나트륨 또는 제1 인산 암모늄으로부터 선택되는 인을 함유한 첨가제를 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 우수한 PVA 필름 편광판 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 인을 함유한 첨가제의 함량은 첨가되는 용액의 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.01중량% ~ 15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 우수한 PVA 필름 편광판의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 보호 필름은 아세테이트계, 폴리에스테르계, 폴리에테르술폰계, 폴리카보네이트계, 폴리아미드계, 폴리이미드계 및 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 우수한 PVA 필름 편광판의 제조방법.
- 제 5항, 제7항 또는 제 8항 중 어느 하나의 방법으로 제조되고, 인을 함유하는 PVA 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 우수한 PVA 필름 편광판.
