Claims (3)
- 양단이 단면에 의해 닫혀지고, 서로 대향하는 한 쌍의 장변면과 상기 한 쌍의 장변면을 연결하는 한 쌍의 단변면에 의해 둘러싸인 단면 직사각형 형상의 방전 용기를 구비하고, 상기 방전 용기의 서로 대향하는 상기 한 쌍의 장변면, 또는, 상기 한 쌍의 단변면에는 한 쌍의 전극이 배치되고, 상기 방전 용기의 내부에 크세논 가스를 봉입해, 방전 공간 내에 엑시머 방전을 발생시키는 엑시머 램프에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 장변면은, 상기 한 쌍의 장변면과 상기 한 쌍의 단변면을 연결하는 에지부에 대해, 상기 한 쌍의 장변면의 중앙부가 상기 방전 공간의 내측을 향하는 방향으로 만곡하고,상기 방전 용기의 내표면에는 자외선 반사막이 형성되고,상기 자외선 반사막은, 상기 에지부에 형성된 막 두께가, 상기 방전 용기의 다른 내표면에 형성된 막 두께에 비해, 두꺼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 단변면은, 상기 장변면과 상기 단변면을 연결하는 에지부에 대해, 상기 단변면의 중앙부가 상기 방전 공간의 내측을 향하는 방향으로 만곡하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 램프.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,상기 자외선 반사막은, 실리카 입자와 알루미나 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 램프.
