Claims (10)
- 알루미늄으로 이루어지는 정극 집전체와,
리튬 및 천이 금속 원소를 포함하는 복합 산화물로 이루어지는 정극 활물질을 포함하고, 상기 정극 집전체에 고착된 정극 활물질층을 갖는 정극 부재를 구비하는 리튬 전지의 처리 방법이며,
인산 수용액, 탄산수 및 황화수소수 중 어느 하나의 산성 용액을, 상기 정극 부재를 구성하는 상기 정극 활물질층 및 상기 정극 집전체의 표면에 접촉시켜, 상기 정극 집전체로부터 상기 정극 활물질층을 박리하는 산성 용액 처리 공정과,
상기 정극 활물질층 유래의 금속 성분을 포함하는 피처리 물질에, 옥살산 수용액을 접촉시키는 옥살산 처리 공정을 구비하는, 리튬 전지의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천이 금속 원소는 Ni, Co, Mn 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는, 리튬 전지의 처리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산성 용액 처리 공정은 상기 정극 활물질층의 표면에 상기 산성 용액을 분무하는, 리튬 전지의 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성 용액 처리 공정 후, 상기 옥살산 처리 공정 전에, 상기 정극 집전체로부터 상기 정극 활물질층이 박리된 상태의 상기 정극 부재를, 진동시키고 있는 물에 침지하여, 상기 정극 집전체로부터 상기 정극 활물질층을 이탈시키는 동시에, 상기 정극 활물질층 유래의 금속 성분을 포함하는 상기 피처리 물질을 상기 수중에 배치하는 수중 진동 공정을 구비하는, 리튬 전지의 처리 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수중 진동 공정 후, 상기 옥살산 처리 공정 전에, 상기 피처리 물질을 배치한 물을, 상기 리튬 성분이 용해되어 있는 수용액과, 상기 천이 금속 원소를 포함하여 상기 물에 용해되어 있지 않은 불용 성분으로 분별하여, 상기 불용 성분을 회수하는 회수 공정을 구비하고,
상기 옥살산 처리 공정은 상기 불용 성분에 상기 옥살산 수용액을 접촉시키는, 리튬 전지의 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 옥살산 수용액의 옥살산 농도는 2.5wt% 이상 25wt% 이하인, 리튬 전지의 처리 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 옥살산 수용액의 옥살산 농도는 7wt% 이상 15wt% 이하인, 리튬 전지의 처리 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 옥살산 수용액의 온도는 15℃ 이상 35℃ 이하인, 리튬 전지의 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성 용액의 산 농도는 10wt% 이상 40wt% 이하인, 리튬 전지의 처리 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 산성 용액의 산 농도는 15wt% 이상 25wt% 이하인, 리튬 전지의 처리 방법.
