단일 제공 음료 브류어를 위한 브류 챔버 {BREW CHAMBER FOR A SINGLE SERVE BEVERAGE BREWER}
이 발명은 일반적으로 단일 제공 음료 브류어에 관한 것이고, 상세하게는 그러한 브류어를 위한 새롭고 개선된 브류 챔버에 관한 것이다.
예를 들어, 미국 특허 5,325,765, 6,079,315, 6,142,063 및 6,606,938에 개시된 것들과 같이 단일 제공 음료 브류어를 위한 공지된 브류 챔버에서 일회용 음료 필터 카트리지는 입구 및 출구 프로브에 의하여 관통됨으로써 측정된 고온수의 관통 유동을 수용한다. 고온수는 카트리지 내의 건조된 음료 매체를 혼합하고 이에 따라 단일 음료 제공을 하도록 한다.
브류 챔버는 상대적으로 복잡하고 비싸지만, 신뢰성이 있다는 것이 증명된 자동적으로 동작 가능한 메커니즘에 의하여 개폐된다.
가령, WO 02/43541 A1에 개시된 유형의 다른 음료 브류어들은 수동 개폐되지만, 너무 복잡한 동작 메커니즘을 사용하는 브류 챔버들을 구비한다.
게다가 종래의 브류 챔버들은 자동 또는 수동으로 동작한다 하더라도 챔버들의 카트리지 또는 포드 리셉터클이 수직으로 유지되고 이에 따라 챔버가 개방될 때에는 불편하게 배향되어 있다는 점에서 가중된 결점에 어려움을 겪는다.
그러므로, 상대적으로 단순하고 저렴한 동작 메커니즘을 구비하고 개방될 때 카트리지 리셉터클이 전방으로 기울어진 위치를 보이는 것이 가능함으로써 이에 따라 새 카트리지를 삽입하고 쓰여진 카트리지를 제거하는 동안의 접근선을 개선하는 개선된 음료 챔버에 대한 필요성이 존재한다.

먼저 도1 내지 도4를 참조하면 단일 제공 음료 브류어(10)는 브류된 음료에 대하여 컵(16)을 지지하도록 배열된 전방 돌출 쉘프(14)를 갖는 하우징(12)을 구비하도록 도시된다.
하우징(12)은 이러한 유형의 브류어에 통상적으로 포함되는, 그 중에서도 물 탱크, 가열기, 펌프, 전자 제어 기타 등등을 포함하는 부분들을 포함한다 . 이것들이 당업자들에게 잘 알려져 있으므로 설명하지 않았으며 이 명세서에서도 더 이상 설명되지 않을 것이다. 이러한 부분들은 사용자의 명령에 응하여 협력 작용함으로써 측정된 양의 열수를 브류 챔버(18)에 전달한다.

리셉터클(20)은 도5에 도시된 바와 같이 전방으로 기울어진 개방 위치에 있을 때, 작동 핸들(40)이 뚜껑(22)에 대하여 대략 90도로 위치하고, 암(34) 위의 핀(36)은 직선형의 슬롯 부분(38a)의 최후방 단부에 있다.
핸들(40)이 축 A3에 대하여 전방으로 피봇될 때(도6) 암(34) 위의 핀(36)은 슬롯 굴곡(38b) 주위에서 전진하고, 전방으로 기울어진 위치로부터 후방으로 축 A1에 관하여 리셉터클을 피봇식으로 조인다. 동시에 크랭크암(42)과 연결부(46)의 연동 피봇 동작은 뚜껑(22)이 축 A2에 관하여 피봇식으로 하강되도록 한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 음료를 생성하기 위한 장치이며,
    음료 생성 장치의 부품들을 지지하기 위한 하우징(12)과,
    수직 위치와 전방으로 고정된 기울어진 위치 사이에서 하우징에 대하여 이동 가능하고, 상기 전방으로 기울어진 위치에서 음료 카트리지(24)를 수용 및 유지하도록 배열되며, 음료 카트리지를 수용하기 위한 개구를 갖는 리셉터클(20)과,
    하우징에 대하여 개방 위치와 폐쇄 위치에서 사이에서 이동 가능하고, 상기 폐쇄 위치에서는 수직 위치에 있는 리셉터클과 연동하여 음료를 생성하는 동안 음료 카트리지를 덮는 뚜껑(22)을 포함하며,
    상기 기울어진 위치에서, 리셉터클의 개구는 뚜껑으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 대향하는, 음료를 생성하기 위한 장치.
