优先权信息
本申请是2003年12月12日提交的美国专利申请10/734,639的部分续展申请。
技术领域
本发明总的涉及一种单杯供应调饮料机(single serve beverage brewer)，尤其涉及一种新颖且改进了的用于这种调饮料机的调饮料容器(brew chamber)。
背景技术
在诸如美国专利5,325,765、6,079,315、6,142,063和6,606,938中揭示的已知用于单杯供应调饮料机的调饮料容器中，一一次性饮料过滤筒被进口和出口探针所刺穿，从而可容纳流经的经计量的热水。热水将过滤筒中所含有的干燥的饮料介质浸湿，从而制成一种单杯供应的饮料。
调饮料容器由自动操作的机构打开和关闭，虽然这些机构相对复杂且昂贵，但已经证明这些机构是可靠的。
例如在WO 02/43541 A1中所揭示的其它类型的调饮料机具有手动打开和关闭的调饮料容器，但它们仍采用过度复杂的操作机构。
另外，对于现有技术中的自动或手动操作的调饮料容器还受到另一个缺点的困绕，即它们的过滤筒或容器容座(pod receptacle)保持垂直并由此在将调饮料容器打开时其朝向不便于操作。
因此，就需要一种改进了的调饮料容器，该调饮料容器具有相对简单且廉价的操作机构，并且在打开时可以使过滤筒容座处于向前倾斜的位置，从而加强其在插入新的过滤筒和取出用过的过滤筒时的可及性。
发明内容
根据本发明的调饮料容器包括一容座，该容座的一开口顶部的构造和尺寸被设置成用来容纳一饮料过滤筒。一固定框架支承该容座，从而绕一第一轴线在一饮料垂直调配位置和一向前倾斜的打开位置之间枢转运动。一盖子被支承在框架上，从而绕一第二轴线在一抬起位置和一放低位置之间枢转运动，在抬起位置使人可摸到向前倾斜的打开容座，而放低位置则将容座关闭在其饮料垂直调配位置上。第一和第二轴线是平行的。一连接装置将容座与盖子连接并用于响应于盖子在其抬起与放低位置之间的运动而在容座的打开位置和饮料调配位置之间枢转容座。

具体实施方式
首先参见图1-4，以标号10表示了一单杯供应调饮料机，该调饮料机具有一壳体12，该壳体具有支承用来盛放调配好的饮料的一杯子16的一向前突出的搁板14。
该壳体12包含有通常包括在这类调饮料机内的诸组件，其中包括水箱、电子控制器等。这些对于那些熟悉本领域技术的人员来说是熟知的，因此没有再示出，在本说明书中也不会对它们进行详细描述。只要说明这些组件响应于使用人的指令共同作用将经计量的热水输送给总的用标号18表示的调饮料容器就足够了。
调饮料容器包括一过滤筒容座20和一盖子22。该容座具有一开口顶部，该顶部的构造和尺寸被设置成用来容纳一饮料过滤筒24(见图3和4)。该过滤筒24较佳地为例如美国专利5,840,189中所揭示的类型，其说明被结合于此作为参照。过滤筒24包括一不能渗透的可刺穿的外容器，该容器在内部由一过滤件分成两个隔舱，其中之一容纳有干燥的饮料介质。或者，可采用调饮料容器来作为容器，这些容器的结构一般为具有被限制在顶部和底部过滤介质之间的可溶解的饮料材料。
再参见图5-9和11，调饮料容器18包括一框架结构26，该框架结构以任何已知的方法固定在调饮料机壳体12中。
过滤筒容座20由框架结构支承以用于绕一第一轴线A1在如图1、2、8和9所示的一饮料垂直调配位置和如图3、4和5所示的向前倾斜的打开位置之间枢转运动。
盖子22由框架结构26支承，以用于绕一第二轴线A2在如图1、2、8和9所示的放低的关闭位置与如图3、4和5所示的抬起的打开位置之间枢转运动。抬起的盖子使人可摸到向前倾斜的容座20，以便于插入和拆除饮料过滤筒24。放低的盖子关闭并配合于容座，从而在饮料调制操作过程中将过滤筒封装。如图5-7所示，盖子带有一进口探针28，而如图7所示，容座的基部包括一出口探针30。当将盖子放低到其关闭位置时，这两个探针刺入饮料过滤筒中，从而可容纳通过进口探针流进过滤筒的热水，从而将容纳在筒中的饮料介质浸湿，所得到的调制好的饮料通过出口探针流出以输送入位于下方的杯子16。如前所述，可以采用一饮料容器，水通过一个或多个进口端口而不是一个进口探针流入调饮料容器，而调制好的饮料通过一个或多个出口端口流出调饮料容器。
如图5-9和11中所见，总的用标号32表示的一连接装置将容座20与盖子22连接，并被用于随着盖子22在其放低和抬起位置之间运动而绕轴线A在容座20的饮料垂直调配位置与向前倾斜位置之间枢转该容座，该连接装置包括两个其端部固定于盖子22且在其下端带有一销子36的臂34。两销子36被放置成在容座20的两侧滑配在插槽38中。插槽38具有上部基本平直段38a，该段在弯曲段38b处与向后倾斜并有些放大的下部段38c相连。
一大致为U形的操作手柄40的两端部固定于两个大致垂直的曲柄臂42，这两曲柄臂又连接于盖子22，用于绕平行于第一和第二轴线A1、A2的一第三轴线A3枢转。两曲柄臂42在标号44处枢转连接于两连杆46，两连杆又在标号48处枢转连接于框架结构26。
当容座20处于如图5所示的向前倾斜的打开位置时，操作手柄40相对于盖子22呈大约90°角，而臂34上的销子36在平直插槽段38a的最后端。
当手柄40绕轴线A3向前枢转时(图6)，臂34上的销子36绕插槽弯曲段38b前进，从容座的向前倾斜位置绕轴线A1将容座向后枢转推动。同时，曲柄臂42和连杆46的相互配合的枢转动作使盖子22绕轴线A2枢转放低。在图9所示的关闭位置，臂34上的销子36达到插槽38的下端，而操作手柄40基本平行于完全放低的盖子22。
框架26包括弹性件50，该弹性件被构造和布置成与曲柄臂42共同作用以提供对手柄40在其打开位置和关闭位置之间枢转运动时的一种“越过中心”时的可屈服的有触觉的阻力。更具体地说，参见分别与图6-9相一致的图10a到10d，可以看到曲柄臂42与手柄40一起绕轴线A3枢转。在图8和10c所示的位置，曲柄臂的角部接触于弹性件50并将其向下弯曲一个初始距离d1，从而提供对手柄继续运动的有触觉的阻力。当盖子最终关闭时，如图10d所示，曲柄臂的平坦底部42b靠在弹性件的上部边缘上，后者微微向后弹回，但仍保持减少了的向下弯曲的距离d2。手柄40由此被弹向下固定于其关闭位置，从而提供腔室被关闭的一可靠的指示。
在阅读以上内容之后，可以理解的是，本发明的机制相对简单，包括作为主要组件的容座20、盖子22和手柄40，它们分别被安装用于绕平行轴线A1、A2和A3枢转。调饮料容器18可容纳包括附图中所示的过滤筒24的各种可丢弃的过滤单元以及过滤器容器。当调饮料容器打开时，容座向前倾斜以便于将新的过滤单元插入以及拆下用过的过滤单元。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于一个一次性的单杯供应过滤单元的调饮料容器，所述调饮料容器包括：
一容座，该容座具有结构和尺寸被设置成用来接纳所述过滤单元的一开口顶部；
一框架，该框架支承所述容座，从而使所述容座能绕一第一轴线在一饮料垂直调配位置和一向前倾斜的打开位置之间枢转运动；
一盖子，该盖子被支承在所述框架上，从而绕一第二轴线在一抬起位置和一放低位置之间枢转运动，在抬起位置可使人在所述容座处于所述打开位置时能摸到所述开口顶部，而放低位置则在所述容座处于所述饮料垂直调配位置时关闭所述开口顶部，其中，处于放低位置的所述盖子与处于垂直调配位置的所述容座相配合而在饮料调制操作过程中将所述过滤单元封装；以及
连接装置，该连接装置将所述容座与所述盖子连接并随着盖子在所述放低位置与所述抬起位置之间运动而在所述调配位置与打开位置之间枢转所述容座。
2.如权利要求1所述的调饮料容器，其特征在于，所述第一和第二轴线是平行的。
3.如权利要求1所述的调饮料容器，其特征在于，所述连接装置包括从所述盖子突出的诸杠杆，所述诸杠杆接合在所述容座中的诸特定形状的插槽中并可沿插槽运动。
4.如权利要求1所述的调饮料容器，其特征在于，它还包括一手柄，该手柄连接于所述盖子，用于绕平行于第一和第二轴线的一第三轴线在打开位置与关闭位置之间运动；以及用于将所述手柄连接于所述框架的连杆装置，所述连杆装置被构造和布置成随着所述手柄绕所述第三轴线在所述打开位置与关闭位置之间的枢转运动而围绕所述第二轴线在所述抬起位置与放低位置之间枢转所述盖子。
5.如权利要求4所述的调饮料容器，其特征在于，它还包括在所述框架上的诸弹性元件，所述连杆装置可与所述弹性元件接合以提供对所述手柄在所述打开位置与关闭位置之间枢转运动时的可屈服的有触觉的阻力。
6.如权利要求5所述的调饮料容器，其特征在于，所述弹性元件与所述连杆装置共同动作以将所述手柄弹性保持在所述关闭位置处。
7.如权利要求2所述的调饮料容器，其特征在于，所述连接装置包括从所述盖子突出的诸杠杆，所述诸杠杆接合在所述容座中的诸特定形状的插槽中并可在插槽中运动，并且所述调饮料容器还包括：
一手柄，该手柄连接于所述盖子，用于绕平行于第一和第二轴线的一第三轴线在打开位置与关闭位置之间运动；以及
