Claims (8)
- NOx, SOx 및 수은을 포함하는 보일러 연소 배기가스를 처리하는 방법으로서, 상기 연소 배기가스에 수은 할로겐화제 및 암모니아를 가하는 공정과, 이 수은 할로겐화제와 암모니아가 첨가된 연소 배기가스를 CO, HC 산화 촉매에 접촉시키는 공정과, 상기 CO, HC 산화 촉매에 접촉시킨 연소 배기가스를 고체 촉매의 존재 하에 환원 탈질함과 함께 금속 수은을 할로겐화수은으로 산화하는 공정과, 환원 탈질된 연소 배기가스를 알칼리 흡수액에 의해 습식 탈황함과 함께 상기 알칼리 흡수액에 의해 상기 할로겐화수은을 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 배기가스 처리 방법.
- NOx, SOx 및 수은을 포함하는 보일러 연소 배기가스를 처리하는 방법으로서, 상기 연소 배기가스를 CO, HC 산화 촉매에 접촉시키는 공정과, 상기 CO, HC 산화 촉매에 접촉시킨 연소 배기가스에 수은 할로겐화제 및 암모니아를 가하는 공정과, 이 수은 할로겐화제와 암모니아가 첨가된 연소 배기가스를 고체 촉매의 존재 하에 환원 탈질함과 함께 금속 수은을 할로겐화수은으로 산화하는 공정과, 환원 탈질된 연소 배기가스를 알칼리 흡수액에 의해 습식 탈황함과 함께, 상기 알칼리 흡수액에 의해 상기 할로겐화수은을 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 배기가스 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
CO, HC 산화 촉매가 SO3 환원 기능을 추가로 가지는 것인 배기가스 처리 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
수은 할로겐화제가 염화암모늄 또는 HCl, Cl2인 배기가스 처리 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
CO, HC 산화 촉매가, TiO2, SiO2, ZrO2, Al2O3 및 제올라이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상을 담체로 하고, 상기 담체 상에 Pt, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ir, Au, Ag, V, W, Mo, Ni, Co, Fe, Cr, Cu 및 Mn으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상을 활성 성분으로서 담지한 촉매인 배기가스 처리 방법. - NOx, SOx 및 수은을 포함하는 연소 배기가스를 처리하는 장치로서, 상기 연소 배기가스에 수은 할로겐화제를 첨가하는 수은 할로겐화제 주입 장치 및 상기 연소 배기가스에 암모니아를 주입하는 암모니아 주입 장치와, 상기 연소 배기가스 중의 미연분을 산화하는 CO, HC 산화 촉매와, 상기 연소 배기가스를 고체 촉매의 존재 하에 환원 탈질하는 환원 탈질 장치와, 알칼리 흡수액에 의해 습식 탈황하는 습식 탈황 장치를 순차로 구비한 배기가스 처리 장치.
- NOx, SOx 및 수은을 포함하는 연소 배기가스를 처리하는 장치로서, 상기 연소 배기가스 중의 미연분을 산화하는 CO, HC 산화 촉매와, 상기 연소 배기가스에 수은 할로겐화제를 첨가하는 수은 할로겐화제 주입 장치 및 상기 연소 배기가스에 암모니아를 주입하는 암모니아 주입 장치와, 상기 연소 배기가스를 고체 촉매의 존재 하에 환원 탈질하는 환원 탈질 장치와, 알칼리 흡수액에 의해 습식 탈황하는 습식 탈황 장치를 순차로 구비한 배기가스 처리 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
수은 할로겐화물 및 암모니아를 가한 후, 환원 탈질 전에, 배기가스를 SO3 환원 촉매에 접촉시키는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 배기가스 처리 방법.
