Hg + 2HCl + 1/2O2 → HgCl2 + H2O・・・(3)
このため、前記排ガス中に予めHClを供給しておくことで、前記排ガス中の水銀と脱硝触媒との酸化反応効率を向上させることができる。これにより、排ガス処理装置の後流側に設けられる脱硫装置により前記排ガス中の水銀を高効率で除去することができる。
図1は、実施例に係る排ガス処理装置を有する排ガス処理システムを示す概略図であり、図2は、旋回流発生部材の斜視図であり、図3は、旋回流発生部材を軸方向から見たときの図である。
なお、図1の構成は、図8に示す排ガス処理システムの一部であるので、従来の構成と同一部材には同一符号を付して重複した説明は省略する。
ここで、この旋回流発生翼33Aは本実施例では三角形状の板状部材であり、旋回流発生翼33Aの一辺を内壁32に沿うように同一方向に傾斜して配置されている。
なお、図中、各通路には旋回流発生翼33Aが各々設けているが、図中は省略する。

Claims (5)
- ボイラからの排ガス中の窒素酸化物を除去すると共に、前記排ガスの煙道中に塩化水素を供給して水銀を酸化する脱硝触媒層を少なくとも一つ以上有する排ガス処理装置であって、
前記脱硝触媒層の入口側に、旋回流発生部材を設け、煙道中の層流の排ガスを脱硝触媒層内部で旋回流に変化させてなると共に、
脱硝触媒層がハニカム触媒であり、
前記旋回流発生部材が、前記ハニカム触媒の入口側の各通路に対応して区画されてなる旋回流発生部本体と、該区画された内壁に配設され、乱流を発生させる複数の旋回流発生翼とからなることを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記内壁に設けられた複数の前記旋回流発生翼を一組とし、それらがオフセットしつつガス流れ方向に複数配設されていることを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記脱硝触媒層が前記排ガスの流れ方向に沿って複数段設けられていると共に、
前記旋回流発生部材が、各々の段に配置されることを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。 - 前記ボイラと、
前記ボイラの下流側の煙道に排出された排ガスに塩素化剤を注入する塩素化剤供給部と、
請求項1乃至3の何れか一つの排ガス処理装置と、
脱硝後の排ガス中の硫黄酸化物を除去する脱硫装置と、
脱硫後のガスを外部に排出する煙突とを有することを特徴とする排ガス処理システム。 - 請求項4において、
前記ボイラの下流側の煙道に排出された排ガスにアンモニアを投入するアンモニア供給部が設けられてなることを特徴とする排ガス処理システム。
