Description
Claims (14)
- (A) 2종 이상의 수분산 라텍스로부터 얻어지는 소수성 중합체, (B) 광중합성 화합물, (C) 광중합 개시제 및 (D) 친수성 중합체를 함유하며,(A) 성분의 2종 이상의 소수성 중합체가 각각 미립자상으로 존재하고, 상기 미립자의 입경 분포에서의 피크가 2개 이상이고, 각 피크의 입경비가 2배 이상이며,(A) 성분 중 1종 이상의 소수성 중합체와 (D) 성분의 친수성 중합체가 각각 공통적인 골격 구조를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 수지 조성물.

- 제5항에 있어서, (E) 성분이 카르복실산계 공중합체인 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (F) 응집 방지제를 더 함유하는 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, (F) 성분이 비이온계 계면활성제인 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (G) 가교기를 갖지 않는 공액 디엔 올리고머를 더 함유하는 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, (G) 성분의 분자량이 500 내지 10000인 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 및 제5항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (B) 성분 중 1종 이상이 알킬메타크릴레이트인 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, (B) 성분에서의 알킬메타크릴레이트가 탄소수 8 내지 18이고, 직쇄상인 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재된 감광성 수지 조성물로부터 얻어지는 감광성 수지 조성물층으로서, 상기 층이 공용매에 침지된 전후의 압축 탄성의 변화율이 30 % 이하, 팽윤율이 16 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 수지 조성물층.
- 지지체 상에 제1항 및 제5항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 감광성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 감광층을 도설하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광성 수지 인쇄용 원판.
