Claims (13)
- RBSC(Reaction bonded silicon carbide) 접합체의 제조에 사용되는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제로서,Al, Ti, Fe, Mg, Cu, 및 Ge으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 적어도 하나 선택되어지는 물질과 실리콘을 혼합한 혼합분말을 소결한 소결체 또는 상기 소결체를 분쇄한 분말이고,상기 혼합분말의 혼합비는 실리콘의 최대함량은 혼합분말의 상태도 상의 완전용융온도가 최대로 1400 ℃가 되는 함량이고, 실리콘의 최소함량은 50 원자비율(Atomic Percent, at%)과 상태도의 실리콘+액상 영역의 실리콘 함량 중 큰 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제.
- 제1항에 있어서,알루미늄 분말 10 내지 50 at%와 실리콘 분말 50 내지 90 at%를 혼합하여, 800 ℃± 100 ℃에서 1차 소결하고, 1000 ℃± 50 ℃에서 2차 소결한 소결체인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제.
- 제1항에 있어서,티타늄 분말 14 내지 18 at%와 실리콘 분말 82 내지 86 at%를 혼합하여, 1000 ℃± 50 ℃에서 1차 소결하고, 1250 ℃± 50 ℃에서 2차 소결한 소결체인 것 을 특징으로 하는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제.
- 제1항에 있어서,철 분말 11 내지 19 at%와 실리콘 분말 81 내지 89 at%를 혼합하여, 1100 ℃± 50 ℃에서 1차 소결하고, 1210 ℃± 50 ℃에서 2차 소결한 소결체인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제.
- 제1항에 있어서,마그네슘 분말 8 내지 28 at%와 실리콘 분말 72 내지 92 at%를 혼합하여, 800 ℃± 100 ℃에서 1차 소결하고, 1050 ℃± 50 ℃에서 2차 소결한 소결체인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제.
- 제1항에 있어서,구리 분말 13 내지 36 at%와 실리콘 분말 64 내지 87 at%를 혼합하여, 1100 ℃± 50 ℃에서 1차 소결하고, 1200 ℃± 50 ℃에서 2차 소결한 소결체인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제.
- 제1항에 있어서,게르마늄 분말 5 내지 35 at%와 실리콘 분말 65 내지 95 at%를 혼합하여, 1150 ℃± 50 ℃에서 단일 소결한 소결체인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 1차 소결은 30분 내지 1시간, 상기 2차 소결 또는 단일 소결은 2시간 내지 4시간 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제.
- RBSC(Reaction bonded silicon carbide) 접합체를 이루는 RBSC 피접합체를 가접합하는 단계; 및,상기 RBSC 피접합체를 가접합한 접합면에 제1항의 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제를 부가하고 1300 내지 1400℃에서 열처리하여 접합제를 접합면에 함침하여 접합체 조립을 완료하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 가접합하는 단계에서, 상기 RBSC 피접합체를 접합슬러리로 접합하고, 상기 접합슬러리로 접합된 접합면 또는 상기 접합면 위에 카본파이버나 카본파이버 부직포가 부착된 접합면 위에 제1항의 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제를 접합제로 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체의 접합방법.

- 제9항에 있어서,상기 접합슬러리는 탄화규소분말에 용매를 혼합한 혼합물 또는 상기 혼합물에서 카본블랙을 포함하는 탄소원 물질이 더 함유된 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체의 접합방법.
- 제1항의 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체 접합용 접합제 중 분말 상태의 접합제에 용매를 부가하여 슬러리 형태의 혼합체를 준비하는 단계; 및,RBSC(Reaction bonded silicon carbide) 접합체를 이루는 RBSC 피접합체를 상기 슬러리 형태의 혼합체로 접합하고, 1300 내지 1400℃에서 열처리하여 접합제를 접합면에 함침하여 접합체 조립을 완료하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응소결 탄화규소 소결체의 접합방법.
