도 1은 PID 제어를 이용한 전동기의 속도 제어장치의 구성을 보인 블록도,
도 2 및 도 3은 도 1의 속도 제어장치에서 모드 전환시 PID 제어기의 출력신호의 변화를 보인 그래프,
도 4는 본 발명의 본 발명의 모드 전환장치에 따른 PID 제어기의 바람직한 실시 예의 구성을 보인 블록도,
도 5 및 도 6은 본 발명의 모드 전환장치에서 모드 전환시 출력신호의 변화를 보인 그래프,

Claims (4)
- 수동모드 전환신호 및 자동모드 전환신호에 따라 자동모드 및 수동모드의 비례적분미분(PID) 연산을 수행하여 구동신호를 발생하는 PID 연산부; 및
상기 수동모드 전환신호를 수신하는 경우, 미리 설정된 시간동안 상기 PID 연산부가 발생하는 구동신호를 완충하여 부하 구동기로 출력하는 수동모드 완충부; 및
상기 자동모드 전환신호를 수신하는 경우, 상기 PID 연산부가 발생하는 구동신호에 포함되는 속도 차 적분신호를 계산하는 속도 차 적분신호 계산부를 포함하는 비례적분미분 제어기의 모드 전환장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수동모드 완충부는,
상기 수동모드 전환신호가 발생될 경우에 미리 설정된 시간 동안 스위칭신호를 발생하는 타이머;
상기 PID 연산부가 발생하는 구동신호를 완충시키는 필터; 및
상기 스위칭신호에 따라, 상기 PID 연산부가 발생하는 구동신호가 상기 필터를 통과하거나 또는 상기 부하 구동기로 바이패스시키는 복수의 절환 스위치를 포함하는 비례적분미분 제어기의 모드 전환장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 필터는,
상기 PID 연산부가 출력하는 구동신호를 고주파 필터링하는 래그 필터인 비례적분미분 제어기의 모드 전환장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 PID 연산부는,
상기 자동모드 전환신호를 수신하는 경우, 상기 구동신호에 포함되는 속도 차 적분신호를 상기 속도 차 적분신호 계산부가 계산한 속도 차 적분신호로 치환하여 상기 구동신호를 발생하는 비례적분미분 제어기의 모드 전환장치.
