Claims (8)
- 압축기(21)와, 일단이 압축기(21)의 토출측과 이어지는 열원측 열교환기(22)와, 이 열원측 열교환기(22)의 타단측에 열원측 팽창밸브(23)를 개재하여 접속되는 액관(15)과, 일단이 이 액관(15)에 병렬로 접속되는 복수의 열교환기(31, 41, 51, 92)와, 각 열교환기(31, 41, 51, 92)의 일단측에 각각 배치되며 각 열교환기(31, 41, 51, 92)를 흐르는 냉매의 유량을 조절하는 복수의 팽창밸브(32, 42, 52, 93)와, 각 열교환기(31, 41, 51, 92)의 타단측을 압축기(21)의 흡입측 또는 토출측의 한쪽과 잇도록 냉매의 유로를 전환하는 전환기구(24, 25, SV)를 갖는 냉매회로(10)를 구비한 냉동장치에 있어서,상기 열원측 열교환기(22)를 응축기로 함과 동시에, 상기 복수의 열교환기(31, 41, 51, 92) 중 적어도 1개를 응축기로 하며 적어도 1개를 증발기로 하는 냉동주기를 행하는 공존운전 중에, 압축기(21) 토출측의 고압냉매와 액관(15) 냉매의 압력차를 나타내는 지표를 검출하는 고압측 차압검지수단(Ps1, Ps3, Ts7)과,상기 공존운전 중에, 고압측 차압검지수단(Ps1, Ps3, Ts7)의 검출값이 소정값보다 커지도록 상기 열원측 팽창밸브(23)의 개방도를 조절하는 팽창밸브 제어수단(17)을 구비하며,상기 냉매회로(10)에는, 상기 액관(15)에 3개 이상의 열교환기(31, 41, 51, 92)가 병렬로 접속되며, 액관(15) 냉매와 압축기(21) 흡입측의 저압냉매와의 압력차를 나타내는 지표를 검출하기 위한 저압측 차압검지수단(Ps2, Ps3, Ts1, Ts3, Ts5)이 설치되고,상기 팽창밸브 제어수단(17)은, 상기 공존운전 중에, 상기 열원측 열교환기(22)를 응축기로 함과 동시에, 상기 복수의 열교환기(31, 41, 51, 92) 중 적어도 2개를 증발기로 하며 적어도 1개를 응축기로 하는 냉동주기를 행할 때, 상기 고압측 차압검지수단(Ps1, Ps3, Ts7)의 검출값이 소정값보다 크고 또한 상기 저압측 압력검지수단(Ps2, Ps3, Ts1, Ts3, Ts5)의 검출값이 소정값보다 커지도록 상기 열원측 팽창밸브(23)의 개방도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 고압측 차압검지수단은, 상기 압축기(21)의 토출측에 배치되는 고압측 압력센서(Ps1)와, 상기 액관(15)에 배치되는 액측 압력센서(Ps3)를 구비하며, 고압측 압력센서(Ps1)의 검출압력과 액측 압력센서(Ps3) 검출압력의 차를, 상기 고압냉매와 상기 액관(15) 냉매의 압력차를 나타내는 지표로서 검출하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 고압측 차압검지수단은, 상기 공존운전 중의 열원측 열교환기(22)의 냉매 응축온도를 검출하기 위한 응축온도 검지수단(Ps1)과, 액관(15)에 배치되는 액측 온도센서(Ts7)를 구비하며, 응축온도 검지수단(Ps1)의 검출온도와 액측 온도센서(Ts7)의 검출온도의 차를, 상기 고압냉매와 상기 액관(15) 냉매의 압력차를 나타내는 지표로서 검출하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 저압측 차압검지수단은, 액관(15)에 배치되는 액측 압력센서(Ps3)와, 압축기(21)의 흡입측에 배치되는 저압측 압력센서(Ps2)를 구비하며, 액측 압력센서(Ps3)의 검출압력과 저압측 압력센서(Ps2)의 검출압력의 차를, 상기 액관(15) 냉매와 상기 저압냉매의 압력차를 나타내는 지표로서 검출하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 저압측 차압검지수단은, 액관(15)에 배치되는 액측 온도센서(Ts7)와, 상기 공존운전 중에 증발기가 되는 열교환기(31, 41, 51)의 냉매 증발온도를 검출하기 위한 증발온도 검출수단(Ts1, Ts3, Ts5)을 구비하며, 액측 온도센서(Ts7)의 검출온도와 증발온도 검출수단(Ts1, Ts3, Ts5)의 검출온도와의 차를, 상기 저압냉매와 상기 액관(15) 냉매의 압력차를 나타내는 지표로서 검출하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 액관(15)에는, 상기 공존운전 중에 상기 열원측 팽창밸브(23)를 통과한 냉매를 냉각하기 위한 냉각수단(28)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,냉매회로(10)에는, 액관(15)에서 분기되어 압축기(21)의 흡입측과 접속됨과 더불어, 감압밸브(19a)를 갖는 주입관(19)과, 냉각수단(28)의 유입 전 및 유입 후의 냉매 온도차를 검출하는 온도차 검지수단(Ts7, Ts8)이 설치되며,상기 냉각수단은, 액관(15)을 흐르는 냉매와, 주입관(19)의 감압밸브(19a)를 통과한 후의 냉매를 열교환 시키는 과냉각 열교환기(28)로 구성되고,상기 공존운전 중에, 상기 온도차 검지수단(Ts7, Ts8)으로 검출한 냉매의 온도차가 소정값보다 커지도록 상기 감압밸브(19a)의 개방도를 조절하는 주입량 제어수단(18)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
