Claims (2)
- 중량%로, 2%~3.5% Si,6%~10% Cr,20%~35% Mo,0.01%~0.5% REM 및잔량(remainder)으로 Co 및 피할수 없는(unavoidable) 불순물을 포함하는 소결체용 경질 입자(hard-particle) 분말.
- 분말 혼합물을 얻기 위해 청구항 1에 따른 소결체용 경질 입자 분말과 순수(pure) 철 분말 및 흑연 분말을 혼합하는 혼합 단계(mixing step);컴팩트(compact)를 얻기 위해 분말 혼합물을 압축(compacting)하는 성형 단계(forming step) 및컴팩트를 소결하는 소결 단계(sintering step)를 통해 얻어진 소결체.
