Description
(1)La:1質量%~7質量%、Mo:30質量%~50質量%、Ni:10質量%~30質量%、Mn:10質量%以下、C:1.0質量%以下、残部が不可避不純物とCoからなる、硬質粒子。
(2)鉄系基地と、前記鉄系基地に分散した前記(1)に記載の硬質粒子を含む、焼結摺動部材。
(3)バルブシート又はバルブガイドである、前記(2)に記載の焼結摺動部材。
以下に示す方法で、硬質粒子が鉄系基地に分散したバルブシートを作製した。
窒素ガスを用いたガスアトマイズ処理により、表1に示す組成及び含有量を有する溶湯から合金粉末を製造した。これを44μm~250μmの範囲に分級し、硬質粒子の粉末を得た。
表1に示す組成及び含有量を有する硬質粒子を実施例1と同様にして調製した。得られた硬質粒子を用いて、実施例1と同様にして、実施例2~3及び比較例1~3のバルブシートを作製した。表1中、硬質粒子の各成分の含有量は、硬質粒子全体を100質量%としたときの値であり、基地の各成分の含有量は、バルブシート全体を100質量%としたときの値であり、Balは残部を意味する。
Claims (3)
- La:1質量%~7質量%、Mo:30質量%~50質量%、Ni:10質量%~30質量%、Mn:10質量%以下、C:1.0質量%以下、残部が不可避不純物とCoからなる、硬質粒子。
- 鉄系基地と、前記鉄系基地に分散した請求項1に記載の硬質粒子を含む、焼結摺動部材。
- バルブシート又はバルブガイドである、請求項2に記載の焼結摺動部材。
