Claims (8)
- 용기에 저장되어 있는 저장유체의 유체면에 종동 플레이트가 배치되고, 상기 종동 플레이트에 형성되어 있는 장착공에 펌프의 흡입부가 장착되며, 이 상태에서 상기 펌프에 의해 상기 저장유체를 상기 흡입부로부터 끌어올려 유출시킬 수 있는 급출장치에 있어서,상기 펌프와, 상기 펌프가 고정되어 설치되는 지주와, 상기 용기를 지지할 수 있으며 상기 지주를 따라 자유롭게 승강하도록 설치되는 승강부 및 일단측이 상기 승강부와 결합하여 상기 용기내의 저장유체의 유체면이 상기 종동 플레이트에 눌리도록 상승방향으로 상기 승강부를 지지하는 스프링을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 급출장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 스프링은 인장 스프링이고, 상기 승강부를 매달며, 상기 스프링의 상단측이 승강 작동부에 의해 승강이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급출장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 펌프가 일축 편심 나사펌프이고, 상기 일축 편심 나사펌프를 구비한 펌 프장치가 1개의 상기 지주에 설치되고, 상기 승강 작동부는 수동식의 권양부로서 상기 지주에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급출장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 펌프의 흡입부는, 선단측 방향으로 좁아지는 테이퍼 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 급출장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 스프링은, 상기 저장유체의 비중에 대응하는 스프링상수를 갖는 것이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급출장치.
- 용기에 저장되어 있는 저장유체의 유체면에 종동 플레이트가 배치되고, 상기 종동 플레이트에 형성되어 있는 장착공에 펌프의 흡입부가 장착되며, 상기 펌프로 상기 저장유체를 상기 흡입부로부터 끌어올려 유출시키는 저장유체의 급출방법에 있어서,상기 펌프의 흡입부를 고정하여 배치하고, 상기 용기내의 저장유체의 유체면을 상기 종동 플레이트에 눌리도록 상승방향으로 상기 용기를 스프링으로 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장유체의 급출방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 용기내의 상기 저장유체의 유체면에 상기 종동 플레이트를 배치한 후, 상기 유체면에 배치된 상기 종동 플레이트에 형성되어 있는 장착공에 상기 펌프의 흡입부를 장착하며, 상기 펌프로 상기 저장유체를 상기 흡입부로부터 끌어올려 유출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장유체의 급출방법.
- 청구항 6 또는 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 스프링은 인장 스프링이고, 상기 스프링에 의해 상기 용기를 매달며, 상기 스프링에 의해 상기 유체면을 상기 종동 플레이트가 소정의 힘으로 누르는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장유체의 급출방법.
