Claims (3)
- 容器に貯留されている貯留流体の流体面にフォロープレートが配置されていて、このフォロープレートに形成されている装着孔にポンプの吸込み口部が装着され、この状態で前記ポンプによって前記貯留流体を前記吸込み口部から汲み上げて流出させることができる汲出し装置において、
前記ポンプと、このポンプが固定して設けられている支柱と、前記容器を保持することができ前記支柱に沿って昇降自在に設けられている昇降部と、一端側が前記昇降部と結合し前記容器内の貯留流体の流体面を前記フォロープレートに押し付ける上昇方向に前記昇降部を付勢するばねとを備え、
前記ばねは、引っ張りばねであり、前記昇降部を吊り下げており、前記ばねの上端側が昇降作動部によって昇降移動されることを特徴とする汲出し装置。 - 前記ポンプが一軸偏心ねじポンプであり、この一軸偏心ねじポンプを備えるポンプ装置が1本の前記支柱に設けられ、前記昇降作動部は、手動式の巻上げ部であって前記支柱に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の汲出し装置。
- 前記ポンプの吸込み口部は、先端側に向かって狭まるテーパ形状であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の汲出し装置。
