Claims (2)
- 전기 아연 도금층 위에 인산 아연 피막을 갖고,상기 전기 아연 도금층의 결정면 (00·2), (10·0) 및 (10·1)의 배향 지수 Ico(hk·l)가, 하기 수학식 1 내지 3의 요건을 만족하는 인산염 처리 전기 아연 도금 강판.[수학식 1]4.0≤Ico(00·2)[수학식 2]0<Ico(10·0)≤0.020[수학식 3]0<Ico(10·1)≤0.20[상기 식에서, Ico(hk·l)는 결정면 (00·2), (10·0), (10·1), (10·2), (10·3) 및 (11·0)에 있어서의 Willson의 6면 배향 지수이고,상기 전기 아연 도금층의 각 결정면 (hk·l)의 X선 회절 피크 강도값(cps)을 I(hk·l)라고 하고, 표준 아연 분말의 각 결정면 (hk·l)의 X선 회절 피크 강도값(cps)을 Is(hk·l)라고 한 경우에 하기 수학식 4 내지 6으로부터 계산된다.[수학식 4]Ico(hk·l)= i(hk·l)/is(hk·l)[수학식 5]i(hk·l)= I(hk·l)/{I(00·2)+ I(10·0)+ I(10·1)+ I(10·2)+ I(10·3)+ I(11·0)}[수학식 6]is(hk·l)= Is(hk·l)/{Is(00·2)+ Is(10·0)+ Is(10·1)+ Is(10·2)+ Is(10·3)+ Is(11·0)}]
