Abstract
Description
본 발명의 TAB 리드 테이프는 극한 점도 0.5 내지 0.8㎗/g 범위의 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN) 수지를 용융압출하여 미연신 시트를 얻은 후, 이 미연신 시트를 PEN 수지의 유리전이온도 내지 이보다 30℃ 높은 온도 범위에서 3.0 내지 3.8의 연신비로 종방향으로 연신하고, PEN 수지의 유리전이온도보다 10 내지 30℃ 높은 온도 범위에서 3.6 내지 4.2의 연신비로 횡방향으로 연신한 후, 200 내지 250℃의 온도에서 열고정하여 이축연신 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 필름을 제조하는 것을 포함하는 방법으로 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 종 및 횡방향 모두에서 500 내지 600kgf/㎟의 영률, 1.49 내지 1.53의 두께 방향 굴절율, 종 및 횡방향 모두에서 0.4% 미만의 열수축율(150℃에서 30분간 무 장력 하에서 유지한 후 측정시), 35 내지 50%의 결정화도 및 50 내지 250㎛의 두께를 갖는 이축연신 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 필름으로 이루어진 TAB 리드 테이프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 필름이 0.45 내지 1.0㎗/g의 극한점도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 TAB 리드 테이프.
- 극한 점도 0.5 내지 0.8㎗/g 범위의 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN) 수지를 용융압출하여 미연신 시트를 얻은 후, 이 미연신 시트를 PEN 수지의 유리전이온도(Tg=123℃) 내지 이보다 30℃ 높은 온도 범위에서 3.0 내지 3.8의 연신비로 종방향으로 연신하고, PEN 수지의 유리전이온도보다 10 내지 30℃ 높은 온도 범위에서 3.6 내지 4.2의 연신비로 횡방향으로 연신한 후, 200 내지 250℃의 온도에서 열고정하여 이축연신 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 필름을 제조하는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항에 따른 TAB 리드 테이프의 제조 방법.
