상기 적외선 차단 코팅제는 적외선 차단 코팅제 총중량에 대하여 니트로셀룰로즈 10 내지 40 중량%; 산화안티몬 및 산화주석으로 이루어지는 군에서 적어도 하나 이상 선택되는 산화물 10 내지 30 중량%; 이소프로필알코올과 에틸아세테이트로 이루어지는 유기용제 20 내지 40 중량%; 메틸에틸케톤 20 내지 40 중량%; 및 부틸셀로솔브, 메틸이소부틸케톤 또는 이들의 혼합물 5 내지 10 중량%;를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 이소프로필알코올과 상기 에틸아세테이트의 혼합비율이 중량비 기준으로 1 : 2~4이고,
상기 적외선 차단 코팅층은 90~110℃의 열로 경화시켜 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차단 필름. - 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 적외선 차단 코팅층과 점착층 사이에 접착층과 기재필름층을 순차적으로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차단 필름.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 기재필름층과 적외선 차단 코팅층 사이에 접착층을 포함하고, 상기 적외선 차단 코팅층과 상기 점착층 사이에 기재필름층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차단 필름.
- 청구항 6 또는 7에 있어서, 상기 점착층 상부에 순차적으로 적층되는 기재필름층과 접착층을 하나 이상 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차단 필름.
- 청구항 6 또는 7에 있어서, 상기 기재필름은 금속필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차단 필름.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 기재필름은 폴리에틸렌 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리염화비닐리덴, 폴리스티렌 또는 폴리아미드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차단 필름.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 점착층은 감압성 접착제, 감열성 접착제, 또는 자착제에 자외선 흡수제가 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차단 필름.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 기재필름층 상부에 긁힘방지 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 차단 필름.
