Abstract
Description
에틸렌과 아크릴산 에틸, 무수말레산의 공중합체
(MFR = 7g/10분)(190℃, 2.16kg), (밀도 0.95g/㎤)
에틸렌과 글리시딜메타크릴레이트 12wt%, 아세트산비닐 5wt%의 공중합체
(MFR = 3g/10분(190℃, 2.16kg)).
무수말레산 변성 스타이렌-에틸렌/부타디엔-스타이렌 공중합체
(스타이렌량 30wt%, MFR = 5g/10분(230℃, 2.16kg)).
또, 표 1에 나타낸 바와 같이, 0 내지 30중량부의 변성 폴리머를, 실시예 1 내지 8을 제외한 실시예 9 및 10에 각각 사용한 경우에는, 전선이 UL규격의 수직연소시험 VW-1을 통과한 것을 알 수 있다. 또한, 표 1에 나타낸 바와 같이, 100중량부의 합성수산화마그네슘을 함유한 난연성 수지조성물을 실시예 11에 사용한 경우에도, 전선이 UL규격의 수직연소시험 VW-1을 통과한 것을 알 수 있다.
Claims (14)
- (A) JIS K 7311에 의해서 측정된 JIS경도가 A50으로부터 A96까지의 범위 내인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머, 및 (B) 아세트산비닐 단위의 함유량이 50 ~ 90중량%인 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체를, 중량비(A : B)로 40 : 60 ~ 90 : 10의 범위 내에서 함유하고, 또한, (D) 합성수산화마그네슘 또는 천연수산화마그네슘 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 금속수산화물을, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머와 상기 에틸렌-아세트산 비닐 공중합체를 포함하는 수지성분 100중량부에 대해서, 40 ~ 250중량부의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지조성물.
- (A) JIS K 7311에 의해서 측정된 JIS경도가 A98이하인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머 30 ~ 90중량부와,(B) 아세트산비닐 단위의 함유량이 50 ~ 90중량%인 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체 10 ~ 70중량부와,(C) 산무수물에 의해 변성된 에틸렌-불포화카르복시산유도체의 공중합체, 에폭시기를 함유하는 에틸렌-올레핀 공중합체, 및 산무수물에 의해 변성된 스타이렌계 엘라스토머로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 중합체 0~40중량부를, 상기 수지성분 (A) 내지 (C)의 합계가 100중량부로 되는 비율로 함유하고, 또한(D) 합성수산화마그네슘 또는 천연수산화마그네슘 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 금속수산화물을, 상기 수지성분 (A) 내지 (C)의 합계 100중량부에 대해서, 40 ~ 250중량부의 비율로 함유하는 난연성 수지조성물로서,UL규격의 수직연소시험 VW-1에 합격하는 난연성을 나타냄과 동시에 인장 속도 500mm/분, 표선간 거리 20mm 및 온도 23℃에서 측정한 인장강도가 10.3MPa 이상이고, 또한 인장파단신장이 100% 이상을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 수지성분 (A)를 40~80중량부와 상기 수지성분 (B)를 20~60중량부의 각 비율로 함유하는 것과 동시에, 또한 상기 수지성분 (C) 10~30중량부를, 상기 수지성분 (A) 내지 (C)의 합계가 100중량부로 되는 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 수지조성물.
- 도체 상에, 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 난연성 수지조성물을 피복한 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 도체의 외경이 1㎜이하이며, 난연성 수지조성물로 이루어지는 피복층의 두께가 O.15 ~ 0.80㎜이며, 또한, UL규격의 수직연소시험 VW-1에 합격하는 난연성을 나타내는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 외피로서, 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 난연성 수지조성물로 형성된 피복층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연실드전선.
- 단심 또는 복수심의 절연전선의 외피로서, 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 난연성 수지조성물로 형성된 피복층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연케이블.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 난연성 수지조성물로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연튜브.
