Claims (11)
- B2O3, La2O3 및 ZnO 를 포함하고, 정밀 프레스성형용 유리소재로서 사용되는 광학유리에 있어서, 몰% 로, B2O3 20 ∼ 60 %, SiO2 0 ∼ 20 %, ZnO 22 ∼ 42 %, La2O3 5 ∼ 24 %, Gd2O3 0 ∼ 20 % (단, La2O3 와 Gd2O3 의 합계함량이 10 ∼ 24 %), ZrO2 0 ∼ 10 %, Ta2O5 0 ∼ 10 %, WO3 0 ∼ 10 %, Nb2O5 0 ∼ 10 %, TiO2 0 ∼ 10 %, Bi2O3 0 ∼ 10 %, GeO2 0 ∼ 10 %, Ga2O3 0 ∼ 10 %, Al2O3 0 ∼ 10 %, BaO 0 ∼ 10 %, Y2O3 0 ∼ 10 % 및 Yb2O3 0 ∼ 10 % 를 포함하고, 40 이상 45 미만의 아베수 (vd) 를 가지며, Li2O 로서 리튬의 함량이 0.5 몰% 미만이고, 굴절률 (nd) 이 1.8098 이상이며, vd ≥ -125 × nd + 268.75 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학유리.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 굴절률 (nd) 이 1.79 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학유리.
- 제 1 항의 광학유리로 이루어진 정밀 프레스성형용 프리폼.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 표면에 탄소함유 막이 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 프레스성형용 프리폼.
- 표면에 탄소함유 막이 피복되고 유리로 이루어진 정밀 프레스성형용 프리폼에 있어서, 상기 유리가 530 ℃ 이상의 유리전이온도 (Tg) 를 갖고 Li2O 로서 리튬의 함량이 0.5 몰% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 프레스성형용 프리폼.
- 흐르는 용융 유리로부터 유리 덩어리를 분리하고 그 유리를 냉각하는 동안 유리로 이루어진 프리폼을 성형함으로써 정밀 프레스성형용 프리폼을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 유리가 제 1 항의 광학유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 정밀 프레스성형용 프리폼의 제조방법.
- 제 l 항의 광학유리로 이루어진 광학소자.
- 유리로 이루어진 정밀 프레스성형용 프리폼을 가열하고 프레스 몰드를 사용하여 상기 프리폼을 정밀 프레스성형함으로써 광학소자를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제 4 항 또는 제 6 항의 프리폼을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 정밀 프레스성형 후, 정밀 프레스성형품의 표면에 잔존하는 탄소함유 막을 산화시켜 그 막을 제거하는 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 유리로 이루어진 정밀 프레스성형용 프리폼을 가열하고 프레스 몰드를 사용하여 상기 프리폼을 정밀 프레스성형함으로써 광학소자를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 유리가 Li2O 로서 리튬의 함량이 0.5 몰% 미만이고, 상기 프리폼, 정밀 프레스성형품 또는 이들 양방을 탄소화합물을 포함하는 분위기에서 열처리하며, 이 열처리를 위한 온도가 상기 유리의 유리전이온도 (Tg) 보다 50 ℃ 낮은 온도보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 광학소자의 제조방법.
